AC didn't vacate any order , u weren't following it at all...the judgment was suspended indefinitely at around 12pm that same day, but after Oshobaba met with late Kyari, something happened , and the AC gave Oshobaba stay of execution(go find out the meaning of it...it's not same as vacation) ....now the AC has finally given its judgment which is in line with that of the HC which initially suspended Oshobaba...if the APC continue like this without a NEC meeting to reset things , u will see the replay of what happened in RiversAPC...They all know this, because they have legal advicers, but greediness , will not allow them do the right thing , they will prefer to die all together... Even at the PDP, if they don't handle Obaseki defection properly he would be facing same issue like Ize-Iyamu in APC who defected to the APC without registering at his ward ....even after purchasing his form , he was yet a registered member of APC , tho, Obaseki caused it by blocking him from registering and refused to welcome him to the party...you can argue with me , maybe because u belong to a party, but I have said the fact, just watch out!!!...it's a simple issue , but for greediness, Nigerian politicians will always make themselves a joke to the judiciary.
