Just that u need to infuse charcoal enough and cook straight hours so u can exchaust the charcoal, lest it won't stop burning inside..

Solution: Go buy a pressure pot. Learn how to use it. If you.take this advice and you need help how to use it to lower gas consumption rate to the minimum, let me know. One of my siblings used to have the same problem, and I solved it through this method. She used to use a 12-kg cylinde per week. After I showed her the trick, she used the same cylinder for 6 weeks. She was amazed. That's saying her so much. 2 cylinders for 3 months instead of 12 cylinders she used to consume in 12 months. You can get a medium size pressure pot.

Your wife will need to learn how to use it to cool beans, rice, spaghetti, moi moi, etc. Maybe only soup, she may not use it for. She must know the timing for each food so that as to avoid getting too soft. She will definitely make some mistakes at the initial stage which you must endure, and she will get it. One month max, she will be a pro and she will thank you. The kind of money you will save, you will be amazed.

You will save more sef if you buy a bigger pot and you have a constant electricity. You will understsnd when you start using it. It's so convenient, fast, and economical. You won't feel it at all. Mark my words. She will enjoy entering kitchen cos na "sharp sharp" she go leave kitchen.

I am careful not to support government for demolishing another notorious slump in Lagos. Is the destruction good for the environment? Yes. Is the destruction good for the poor people there? No.

The foundation we need to correct is having credible election. We need to use distruptive innovation to always conduct credible election. When we have such, politicians will sit tight. I know what names they call me here when I was introducing drip irrigation and mulch. I don't have the time to convince anyone again and trying to set up collective farming for all to move together. The way AI is moving fast, it doesn't allow me to even say anything to late adopters. Early adopters catch me on time anyhow. Innovation is moving so fast that I can't get time to convince anyone when I am always trying to catch up myself. Data to analyse, models to create and fine tune. Partners working with me on creating reasoning-led and agentic intelligence for agric in naija. This is huge and enough to occupy my time sirs and ma's. Even still working with some MLOps experts (I do it too) for some technical areas. So, the work is broad and so wide. US, and Canada. There won't be "Nigeria, the giant of Africa" anymore, but the south can build on this.
