After they deem you eligible for the test, you head to LUTH with NCDC being kept in the information loop. If you are confirmed, then LUTH informs NCDC to move you to the isolation and treatment centre. There is no pressure on them (LUTH) because they will only attend to cases as directed by NCDC and LSMOH. And they are not designated for treatment so what will they gain by sending a confirmed case back home?

I think I doubt the guy's story. I'm just saying there are much easier ways to deny stuff without leaving any doubt or open to interpretation.
