Lordswazz: You are urging them to stand down, yet you are picking sides with one aggressor; is that a joke or what? Killed a high-ranking official of theirs on foreign soil. I don't hope for war, it's terrible; but don't tell people how they should react, and then pitch tent with their opponent in the same speech. Maybe there's enough intelligence in the intelligence community to prove that this high ranking is responsible for many terrorist attacks? |

ddippset: I did not say Liverpool will not "dominate" Barca.
What I said (and still saying) is that Liverpool will not beat Barca every time they play like some are suggesting.
Liverpool will win some. Barca will win some.
Don't blame you all sha;
If not for Dembele who have the easiest chance to have made the first leg 4-0, we wouldn't be hearing all these nonsense. If we're being honest, LFC shouldn't have lost that match by that margin in the first leg. In fact they played better than your team. 9 times out of 10, you wouldn't win by that margin or even win at all with the way both sides played |

elampiro: We are talking about the main people who create. We have four in front including the number 10 whose primary responsibility in 4-2-3-1 is to create..
Liverpool has three in front freeing one middle man to support defence. Our midfielders and defnders don't have that luxury of extra coverage Which successful team depended on only the attackers to create chances and score goals, especially in the last decade or so? |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by eph12(m): 10:02pm On Jan 03, 2020 |
weedtaker: but our starting fullbacks aren't known for their attacking ability or quality. I'll fault the coach for this. The fullbacks are still very young and can improve certain aspects of their games. The midfield too can. But when it comes to giving that timely pass, making the right runs, movement off and on the ball, the whole team has been lacking for a major part of the season. |

weedtaker: I don't think our team is balanced. The point I'm trying to make is that either the fullbacks or the midfielders step up. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by eph12(m): 9:38pm On Jan 03, 2020 |
elampiro: Every team is set up differently according to the player's abilities. Apart from Arnold, Liverpool's creativity comes from the front men. United is created to get its own from the front four with the highest responsibility on the number 10. The attackers are primarily suppose to create for themselves since they have a number 10 which make them four in front. Others can contribute. Which successful team depends on only the attackers to create chances and score goals? |

weedtaker: We've many problem in dis team, First being our lack of movement
In the 2nd half when Arsenal were gassed out and we had control of the ball we were an eye sore, Fred go hold ball everybody go stand the look like zombie.
Since we don't have a good number 10 why not switch to 4-3-3 na must say we must play that Rubbish 4-2-3-1?
Our pressing game is not coordinated at all, it looks amateur level, Rashford will be running with the ball, Shaw the LB go just stand and expect Rashas to dribble 3people and score or assist, is that how other teams in the PL attack? why is only our different?
Another is the balls to drop underperforming players, them suppose don drop de gea, Maguire lindelof AWB Lingard and perreira at one point dis season, but despite their poor forms they are all still guaranteed to play. I so hate 4231 formation ehn |

weedtaker: but under Klopp his creativity isn't needed, his work rate is what most people who started following him at Liverpool knows him by.
I for one knows he's a goal scoring midfielder from his PSV and Newcastle days.
What elamps is trying to tell you is that, the way Gini is used at Liverpool makes the comparison with McSauce valid as he's not expected to be a creative outlet for them but rather a workaholic. In LFC, they have the fb as part of the creative outlets. In United, aside the attackers, who are the creative outlets? The midfielders or fullbacks? Cc elampiro |

Terry and Vidic didn't dominate EPL for years for VVD to make team of the decade after 2 good years.
We will still look the way of Ashley Cole and Evra b4 we look Robertson.
Gerrard? Lol. Did Yaya Toure play basketball?
As for the attack, Hazard is ok if you want Shakushaku with little end product. If not, Rooney for Hazard and RVP for Aguero. Aswear. Liverpool fans are doing too much now because of the little fortune that have smiled on them recently |
