Spending the money to solve the problem will not be a bad decision. Spending it on the right players is another thing. When Pep was spending everyone kinda knew where he was going and what he intended to achieve. His reputation and Arab money kinda made it easy.

Again we have the Glazers as owners, are they willing to spend or are they interested in something else. Its Manchester united and I believe that should count for something to these players apart from seeing the $ they would get.



If this is the problem who is supposed to do the convincing? Ed or OGS? And poeple kinda have a problem with both of them. Some think OGS is deficient tactically and might spend effort convincing the wrong players while others believe Ed na commercial tins him dey good at. Wanting to solve the issues with money can be a problem and solution depending on how we go about it.

The problem is that once these clubs see Man U as a prospective buyer the cost of these players become x 2. That's as a result of knowing we have the money to pay and are desperate. Both the clubs and agents of the players will be thinking about the money they would make to go on vacation with their side chicks.

The will not do that to Pep because they know he knows what he is doing unlike us.

Max you will can get 3 players from that list for 150m not 4.

Pepe as eph12 said appears to be made of tough stuff and should cope well with the EPL, similar to how Mane does.

Sancho is young and will be very expensive but his ceiling is probably the highest.

Ziyech is very skilled and possibly the best passer of the 3, but might struggle the most with EPL physicality.

In a perfect world i would buy Sancho and Pepe OR Sancho and Ziyech.
