paxonel: When you go to churches these days you hardly see pastors performing miracles to set themselves approved that they were truly called by God. We have read how some folks were purnished for mere criticizing moses and Elijah in the bible but that is not the case today with pastors Adeboye, Adefarasin, Funke, Ashimolowo, oyedepo, and their families whom daddy freeze has tacked with criticism day and night and nothing is happening to him.
All you see in churches these days is fire prayer (or die by fire prayer)or some faking miracles displayed by some actors in the pulpit. Was that supposed to be the power? Who was punished for criticising Jesus? |

Dantedasz: To the character digging up past posts, more grease to your elbows. A human being should be dynamic and only a fool will keep on doing the same thing and expect a different result. Since Sir Alex retired Manchester United has had three different managers with almost the same result after millions of Pounds have been spent on acquiring players. David Moyes was sacked. Louis Van Gaal was sacked. Now Jose Mourinho is being prepared for the sack. What is the gaurantee that the next manager to be employed would not be sacked in a few months or years if the football does not get better? And so the vicious circle of hiring and firing managers will continue till when? Yes,I agree I have called for past managers to be relieved of their duties, but I believe I have learned from the errors and believe the present manager should be supported until the board says it is enough. However I know that if Mourinho is sacked today and Zidane is employed tomorrow what is the assurance that we will not be having this vicious argument in a year's time? During LVG and Moyes time, you didn't remember that you saw the pre SAF glory era and stood by the club abi? Continue |

larride: One thing I agree with Mou on whether they sack him now or not, we need to get new CBs. Most if not all of our CBs are scam. I agree too as long as we can sell a couple of them away. We have 5 senior players at CB, we should be doing away with 2-3 of them to make way for better ones |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by eph12(m): 8:03pm On Oct 06, 2018 |
larride: There’s something different about this match that I have been trying to understand, even before going 2 goals down, the attitude of the players and fans were terrific, when we went 2 goals down, the normal Pogba would have just be lackadaisical and carefree but today he played his heart out, everyone apart from that useless Rashford and Matic maybe, the rest shows the true spirit of Utd.
The question is, what changed? This is not the same team that played West ham or Valencia. The urgency was there, running up and down, closing opponents down and winning most of the 50/50 duels. Apart from the result, I am surprised about the performance. The best coaches are the ones that are able to motivate their players to put in their best when on the pitch. Jose has not been able to do that here for a long time and that is why he should leave. This team is much better than this, that's why I never agree that Jose needs to buy more players to do better. I can permit him losing or playing woefully against some teams but not the ones we have played so far |

It's not entirely his fault though he must take the lion's share of the blame. Interesting that the players are always ganging up against Mou |

MRTA7: This doesn't even address what I posted. Did Moyes a d LVG scout well? So the point is the scouting has been poor aince Fergie left, not only when Jose arrived. Not since Fergie left. Even before Fergie left. Tell me which great buy we have had for a long time aside Van P. Fergie was just very good to use the kind of players he had to keep it going. Remember Fergie had to call Scholes back from retirement because the scouts couldn't do their job |

Gary is right on this Now that it's Mourinho you're remembering values? Was Mourinho not appointed before LVG finished his time at the club? Was any noise made about it? |

Jemi7: I'm telling you, Fred is a very good buy, it's been a while we had a midfielder that agile and presses for the ball, I think we should test Leicester City for Ndidi, we need Workaholics in that team. A midfield of Ndidi Fred and Pogba would have been best for us, with Matic, Herrera and Perreira as impact substitutes. But we all know they still won't play well because they would be confused about the coach style |

melodyogonna: Apart from pogba I don't think man u actually has a good midfielder, matic makes alot of forward runs leaving the centre exposed, fellaini is completely useless when played as a number 8 - except of course for the occasional headings, Fred has not been what we expected, Herarra is not always attacking minded, I have not even seen him try to dribble someone, Mctominay is like that too, Jose hasn't played alot of pererra for me to understand how he plays. Unless of course you have a midfield combination Morinho hasn't tried... I like the combination of fellaini, matic and pogba - with fellaini as a standing number 4, this gives pogba more freedom without him always having to return and cover the centre like he always does when matic is deployed as a number 4.
what we need is an aggressive defensive midfielder who doesn't make alot of forward runs like Wilfred Ndidi, a very creative midfielder with an eye for small openings to support pogba and a sharp left wing forward like Douglas Costa. What was Ndidi's worth that Mourinho ignored him for Fred and Matic and gave Fella new deal? Does that sound like someone that knows what he is doing? Fred is a good buy and will function well in a tiki taka team not a clueless one like this |

Some manyoo boys were posh, but Arsenal had the most swag without doubt.
Everybody wanted to be an Arsenal fan back then. I remember coming back from jand summer 01 with the autoglass jersey, and some people in my class had never even heard of chelsea football club, no word of a lie.
Arsenal were the poshest - They had fashion models in Henry, Ljunberg and Pires on the roster. They had skillful players and played the most attractive football.
Plus they had papillo.
They had nike shirts in a sea of umbros, diadoras and kappas
Nah mehn...disagree completely They had the majority fans. They had the good, the bad and the ugly |
