Its a combo of both. Those players are a disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves because they're supposed to be professionals and are extremely well paid by the club. None of them are giving their all. Regardless of what the manager is doing, the manager isnt on the pitch kicking the ball with them. The effort has to be 100% because the club paid them and gives them a lot to do their jobs. The manager is also failing in his job to create the right environment for them, the right tactics. The right team selections etc. But lets not absolve the players completely from their own responsibility.

A new manager with 2-3 signings should be able to breathe new life to the team abi? That's my fear because this team is lazy asf

What's the Cause of the Laziness? Defensive Football in a conservative Manner. Our Players rarely press, rather shadow-marking and it's all down to the tactical Plan and Instructions of the Portuguese Salisu Yusuf.

As much as I don't want to see Mourinho at United again, I don't think that the laziness is due to the tactical plan. Defensive teams even have to put in a shift for it to work. The players are not just willing to put in the extra effort required of a big team with ambition. It's either because they don't agree with the tactics or fitness level is poor, which means the fitness coach is doing a very poor job.

I don't doubt this at all. Those guys are the laziest in the league. If we continue like this we'll struggle to make top 10 sef. I can't fault Mourinho for their laziness but since I very well know they're playing far below their capacity and it's impossible to change the whole team, I believe they need a change of face giving the orders will improve the team.
