chinedu234: . It is most unfortunate how people like you reason. The Kanu you are talking about is the most discussed topic in Nigeria today. I know that he has gotten a lot of things wrong. But he is just a man. I also know that many peoples problem is that they can't understand how this Youngman from nowhere got this level of influence. I tell you that human beings like you did it to Jesus Christ. Interesting! Jesus insulted everyone and was arrogant? Just knowing about this I must confess |

lonecatt: oga even the restructuring you were talking about earlier on was rebuffed by the apc govt with elrufai calling those asking for it as jobless people, the call is thicker now because of nnamdi kanu, whether people like you like it or not nnamdi kanus name will be written in gold in the history of nigeria,he has given voice to the voiceless and people like you who are a nobody but are now talking about restructuring. The same Rufia hasn't changed his stance FYI. Writing NK name in gold is not at stake here, but the Biafra movement. If you want to deify him that's your wrap of okpa, I'm not interested in that. |

Max24: Who are the recognised stakeholders - the govs ? Read the history of revolutions and see how it started from unrecognised stakeholders eg. the Tunisian revolution of 2010 was started by a common street vendor who set fire on himself. And KANU is more than a street vendor. mind u am not from d SE . I haven't seen Kanu setting himself on fire or going on hunger strike. Asking people not to vote was a great move imo but it was followed with lots of daring and insults. Perception is key bro. The way people see your person and your cause is important here. Imagine if Igbos boycott the Anambra election, that would be a bigger statement than insulting everybody. |

lonecatt: the force is working whether you like it or not,the people in power are now talking of restructuring thanks to nnamdi kanu not people like you who go on pulling others down, the leaders, politicians and traditional rulers will not push for such thing because they are part of those sharing the loots. Not everybody is your enemy or enemy of the cause oga. I have said this many times on this forum, I believe restructuring or separating is the best way but how we go about it is important. Atiku, a Northerner, is one of those that have been pushing for restructuring. NK already said he does not want to restructure but referendum |

rigarmortis: and who told you revolutions are ever started by this people you mentioned?
lets say the senators even present it, you need a 2/3 majority vote, all senators from east and south south are still less than that, ok let me add west......all senators from the SOUTH, still less.
ok lemme add kwara, kogi, benue, nasarwa.
still less than 2/3 majority.
so how? When their colleagues from the other part of the country at the NA see their seriousness then a national debate can be called and you will be surprised that some of others will join your divide. What kind of revolution is IPOB aiming for? A violent or peaceful one? |

One thing remains certain, Biafra will come to pass. It will either happen tomorrow or next 10,000 years but just know that it will happen. Then simply start a recall process for your senators and representatives at federal and state level that won't push the interest of the general Igbos. It's as simple as that. |

oz4real83: I understand your point. But u must know this- the citizens keep making sacrifices in order to get a better country but what sacrifices are our leaders making? I pay for security in my area,I pay for fuel to power my generator,I use water from my borehole,I pay high transport fares to and from work? What is govt doing for us? In those countries u are talking about, govts give education loans. Obama was still paying his even while in govt. Are there govt-backed education loans in Nigeria? Is there any employment plans for graduates if students are to borrow education loans from private sources? Govt and citizens MUST WORK TOGETHER to get a better nation. Both MUST make sacrifices and not just the people only. We have so many issues plaguing this country from all sectors and income generated cannot sustain or solve these issues. What kind of sacrifices do you want from government exactly? We have to come to terms with reality, the money generated by the educational system can't solve half the issues plaguing our universities alone not to talk of secondary and primary. Our universities need to start generating reasonable amount to contribute to the our national revenue. Until we pass through this fire before we can finally relax if not we'll just be beating around the bush |

oz4real83: Those telling us that paying ''14,000Naira'' tuition fee in a ''federal university'' is too small had a completely free education and were even fed 3square meals a day!!! They are complaining that fees paid by Nigerian students are too small when they have completely looted all the resources making it difficult to either subsidize education or make it completely free!! If education wasn't free in the past,99 percent of our leaders would have been illiterates because even their families wont have been able to afford their fees much more for those who acquired govt sponsored foreign education! Let us start by blocking all the looted funds to finance education and if that isnt enough,Nigerians will be willing to pay ANY amount to get quality education!!! You can't compare that time with now. There's no basis at all. That money is too small to improve our universities |

Ngene44: Kanu is not the initiator of biafra. It is an ideology which must be addressed. kill kanu and see another deadly kanu. Biafra agitations will die a natural death if the government ignore them and concentrate on the dividends of democracy in the south east. A hundred Kanu cannot achieve Biafra. They will always be seen as louts, hooligans and jobless. But if the struggle is pushed by recognized stakeholders, then they can be taken seriously. |

Seeing things like bounce, scram bla bla is becoming else. Truth is our last 3 matches in the league have experienced declining performances and the coach has to put his foot in. We can't afford to have all these smaller clubs feel like they can have a go at us if not we will suffer for it. We won Everton by 4 goals but we rode our luck for a large part of the match whether we agree or not that's the truth. The team needs to sit up and keep the ball, that's my own. I think Mkhi needs a break so he can observe from the sidelines, let's try Mata in the hole. |
