I think the fault is with the electorates. I'll solely lay the blame of our present comatose state on our idiotic governors. Majority of them are highly useless and not fit to be part of the 21st century. I mean we have governors that can't lure investors to their states, governors that borrow to pay salary and other nonsense. Almost everyone is has some harsh words to say about Buhari but the real culprits are our pathetic governors.

thats where you are wrong. DSTV is already ready. look at the back of your standard HD decoder. it has a USB port, and data outlet. the hardware is there, just not activated [a scalable solution]

all DSTV needs to do is observe while TSTV executes a Proof of Concept [viability of internet tv] for them free of charge, after which they update the firmware of their decoders over the air and start rolling out the same service.

in order to launch, everthing must be available
to launch your new generator, you must have the gen, fuel, changeover and wire. if any of the elements is not available on launch date the system will not work . we can dance around the generator and say we are launching it, but that is just a ceremony. you are launched when you are fully operational

At what age are you going to finish if you change? You shouldn't be more than 25 years after NYSC for you to be considered for a job without experience. Finishing early is very important no matter what you study.
