Why can't you admonish GEJ to stop the deduction of 40-50% from state's allocation despite the removal of subsidy , rising debt and vanishing reserves?

Before you open your stinking mouth, where do you expect him to get internal revenue to finance his administration in a state cannot be proud of two big firms? If a states like Lagos, PH etc can owe workers despite thier huge internally generated revenue, how much more is Osun?
