This is what we have been telling you guys out there since the days of GEJ that you failed to recognize. This was the same Oni who promised GEJ that everybody in yorubaland will vote for him, all in an attempt to embezzle out of the funds he embezzled during his campaign. Everybody knows that Oni is a political wings of PDP: he is corrupt and callous since the days of IBB and Abacha, so Yorubas hardly celebrate people like that.

The question you are supposed to ask yourself is - how much did GEJ pays before he was voted for overwhelmingly in 2011? Yorubas voted for him massively basking on the euphoria of being a Phd holder. In fact, you will no doubt hesitate that I have received money from GEJ when his election was fast approaching.

Therefore, it is not about hatred but be assured that Yorubas are learned people: their choice is full of independent and individual thinking. You can't force your whims and caprices on anybody whether kings, OPC, or community leaders. Even since the days of pre-colonial masters, Yorubas has the best monarchial system of government full of effective checks and balances.

That is why Tinubu will always be in the fore-front: he understands how majority of Yorubas think and he will follow that political direction: he doesn't need to spend or embark on vigorous campaign.
