ababda:Oh man, I got up to study and here I am glued to your thread. Ababda, who built the Pyramids? You see, each time I see the word pyramid, the Pharoahs and Egyptians come to mind. Seeing that Sudan is next to Egypt, do you think it's a possibility that the Egyptians built the Pyramids in Sudan and other countries near Egypt? |
becomrich,: PeeDaVinci: back2back:In this case, my definition for foreign is:- a non-Nigerian with Nigerian roots. Ok, let's assume Abacha and Lugard (both born in Nigeria) are my great-grandfathers. Is it possible for me (a non Nigerian/born outside Africa) to run for President of Nigeria? Taking into consideration, my grandfather and father were born in Europe but I attended school in Nigeria. Do I stand a chance of winning the Presidency or there are laws forbidding me to run for President? |
What's up with you so call (quote) "new-comers" (unquote) ordering me to leave? > |

I think America is against women being circumcised. One of my African friends who was illegal had a baby here in the USA. Immigration was about to send her back home and she told them "they will circumcize her baby girl back in Gambia" Guess what? she is here and got her greencard Sounds silly but its trueTime to end this barbaric practice ![]() |

You cannot be mad at somebody who makes you laugh - it's as simple as that. |
Did you know. . . . . . that today is the birthday of the Nobel Prize? Alfred Nobel, inventor of dynamite, established the Nobel Prizes in 1895. The first such prizes were awarded in 1901. Nobel's last will left approximately 94% of his worth to the establishment of five prizes (physics, chemistry, physiology or medicine, literature, and peace) to "those who, during the preceding year, shall have conferred the greatest benefit on mankind." ~~~ Today's Inspirational Quote: "Envy consists in seeing things never in themselves, but only in their relations. If you desire glory, you may envy Napoleon, but Napoleon envied Caesar, Caesar envied Alexander, and Alexander, I daresay, envied Hercules, who never existed." -- Bertrand Russell ~~~ |
