I use the toaster now and again for baking a small cake but I've never use it for cooking dinner.

I do this sometimes, especially (b)

a) boil the juice with sugar until it looks thick like honey then freeze in ice cube trays

b) pour the raw juice in an ice cube tray then freeze. whenever you are ready to make "drinks" just use the necessary amount of juice-cubes

c) if its lime or orange juice no need to freeze because bacteria can't survive in acid. However, I still freeze

I try not to eat bread because of the carbs but when I do, I eat (1 slice) white bread
