That's the way they operate. The US fund the major terror groups in the world. That's a fact. Tinubu held a meeting with the Discos last year and they said govt is owing 6.6 trillion naira debt and the president promised to settled the debt after verification to confirm the said amount and after the verification, it was discover that the amount is 3.3 trillion and not 6.6.

It was even initially slashed to N2.8 trillion. Now they are settling for N3.3 trillion.

So far as developers like this should be criticized and punished under judicial laws, LASG should get their acts together.

Let's be frank, the LASG is too lax. How did sand filling get to that level and they are not aware of it? If Lagos claim to be a mega city, they should start acting like it.

Their enforcement and surveillance is too loose. It why people like this developer keep getting the balls to do stuffs like this.

It doesn't have to get to demolition stage before the LASG get on top of matters. If this guy in the video didn't blow the whistle, houses will be built on that canal, rented out or sold, then the government will come with the bulldozer. It's embarrassing and shouldn't have to be. Is the LASG saying they don't have total control over their territory?

Some are saying some corrupt officials might have sold permits to the developers. After all the issues and outrage regarding demolition the last years, the LASG hasn't fished out the cabal of officials behind this? By now, I expect they should have put systems in place to curb this.

It's embarrassing to say the least.

How could people be encroaching on a critical infrastructure like the canal and the government isn't aware? How na?

These ones are still using 2023 template. That pattern has expired.

Currently,

1. Tinubu will win the South no matter the opponent. Obi can't beat Tinubu in the South. Neither can Amaechi. Against Atiku it will be a flawless victory, no matter his vice.

2. In the North, only Atiku can defeat Tinubu. Against Kwankwaso, it will be an easy win for Tinubu. Against Amaechi and Obi, it will be a flawless victory, no matter who deputize them.

3. The only combo that can give Tinubu a run for his money is a Atiku/Obi ticket. Any other combo will fail. But I don't think Obi is wise enough to go the Vice route.

Obi/Kwankwaso = Flawless victory for Tinubu. Obi is not sellable in the North. The North already have Shettima as VP; why would they go for an Igbo man when he only offers them VP which they already have and shift their turn to 2035 instead of 2031?

Obi/Atiku = Not possible

Kwankwaso/Obi = An easy win for Tinubu, but not flawless

Atiku/Ameachi = An easy win for Tinubu.

Any ticket Ameachi leads = flawless victory for Tinubu.

Atiku/Obi = A tough win for Tinubu. Atiku can defeat Tinubu in the North. Obi can gather some chunk in the South. But in the South, Tinubu will get the bulk of the votes. His strategy in the North will be to close down the margin of Atiku wins.
