Your boss uses a feedback system to score your performance and even let's you know what is said behind your back so you can adjust if need be.

Hello everyone, I'm trying to design a poster for nairaland ads on canva but due to nairaland's ads image resolution and size (318 pixels wide, 106 pixels tall, less than 30kb in size), the design always come out blurry after I downloaded it from canva. Who can tell me what to do or can assist with the design asap?

It's supposed to be blurry.
After downloading it, it will be increased to fit the sceen of whichever device you're viewing it on which will cause it to pixelate.

You can upload it here and you'll see it's not blurry at the right size and the size it's meant for.

I once had this issue, and it was due to low voltage.
Don't know what the reason for yours can be but check your voltage output to be sure that's not the case as well.
