It’s an AL1 school. Get all the documents requested on your conditional offer ready so as satisfy their GTE. Endeavour to write your SOP by yourself and word your SOP properly. Make it as real as possible
What you need to know is more documents, especially financial declarations will be required and proof of all finances(incomes) must be readily available. If your sponspor isn’t your parent, you would have to prove relationship. Check my timeline to see documents I submitted. However, every GTE is peculiar to applicants

Biometrics and medical 6th March.
School resumed May but I deferred to September. So my new resumption is 5th September. Have 3 months to prepare before I embark on the journey.

I didn't submit bank statements to Australian immigration. But I submitted to Curtin University. No further documents were requested

My Wife got admission to study Masters of International Relation at Deakins Uni.. we have already paid school fee and health insurance, even her COE is out. but we want to go together, we have only one son who is about 1yr+. Please am asking if it's possible for all of us to leave at once, Is there any visa for dependent. But we didn't state it in her visa application and am her sponsor. Please I needed an answer urgently. NB. we use agent for her possessing her admission.

- An education agent in Nigeria told me that my GPA of 3.04 on a 5 scale will not be sufficient for admission to an Australian University for Masters degree. And that agent advised me that I'll have to do pre-Masters or foundation program. Pls what does this pre-Masters really mean? Does it mean one would have another huge chunk of tuition fee for pre-Masters program before enrolling in Masters degree in the same field with another tuition payment to be made again? Is this really accurate because I'm doubting the claim that my 2nd class lower division grade of 3.04 wouldn't be enough for Australia Masters. Pls I need clarification on this.

1) Do your due diligent google research about regional areas in Aussie. I am sure you will get clear direction about schools that are not in regional areas and the ones in regional areas.

2) Most Aussie schools are not hell bent on your CGPA. Your work experience in your area of study gives you more edge. A 3.04 should secure you an admission. You can endeavor to apply to more than a school

Yes I submitted an ielts of an overall 7.0. I suggest you write it as it’s a required field to fill while filling your visa application form. I am sure you don’t want to skip a required field..

Didn’t submit statement of account during visa application but I submitted plenty prayer. Lol!

The university however gave I and the agent a lot of stress satisfying their GTE. I submitted statement of account of N4m+ for myself and $75k for sponsor. At a point I was requested to submit 3years income documents of my sponsor and 2years of mine.

What I submitted more was more prayers!!

This is a VISA condition, not a university condition. So I guess the “application” mentioned should be for “subclass 500 visa applications”. Implementation of these conditions will commence on SC 500 visas lodged after 1 July 2022. I stand to be corrected!!

You are most likely to be referred to an agent by most of the universities in Australia.

Who else’ resumption is imminent and is still awaiting visa grant? April 4th is resumption and immiaccount still on further assessment. Agency claimed people got grant in 3weeks in February. I personally know a friend’ brother who got grant exactly two weeks after applying this year and he’s presently in aussie. I hope this week brings us good news!!!

Yellow card is a card/ certificate given to you at any port of health here in Nigeria after been duly vaccinated against yellow fever and polio. Yellow fever and polio is highly advised to be vaccinated against by Home Affairs.

Depending on your location, you can do biometrics in Lagos, Abuja. I am sure of Lagos to be at The Manor, freedom way, Lekki

Since you are not in Lagos, I will encourage you to generate a referral letter for medicals on your immi account, travel down to Lagos and head to IOM at issac John, Ikeja gra. Tell the security personnels that you are there to make enquires and complaints about how you haven’t been able to get a date for your medicals. They will direct you to the enquiry room. Once it gets to your turn, tell the officer you haven’t been able to get a date for your medicals and you have a timeline and it’s getting quite worrisome you are stuck at the stage. He would request for your referral letter for medicals which has a unique HAP ID No. He will schedule you for an appointment most likely 2 days after that day and you will be given a paper affirming this day. You will pay 46,500 for single adult and you would come with printed prove of payment on the scheduled date.

N.B- Try come beginning of the week. make arrangement for where you would stay for the waiting period till the scheduled date. If you are highly persuasive, you can get the next day for your medical appointment. Come with your COVID 19 certificate, yellow card, face mask of course , printed referral letter (contain HAP ID) and your international passport

I am not based in Lagos, so i need to travel for this. I have tried calling the numbers i found online but no response, also sent an email with no response. The available date for IOM is quite far, i am hoping the Fatayi clinic will be closer.

Please guru in the house and recent applicants that have gotten to the stage of tuition deposit payment. Can one outrightly depend on this Form A mode of payment as mine has not been attended to by either my bank or cbn or even both for about 2weeks?! Form A tradesystem dashboard is saying submitted and ADB_DISBURSEMENT_REVIEWER. And if yes, how long is the waiting period? Time is actually of the essence. How else can one get through this phase? Please don’t suggest barter by flutterwave as the exchange rate is outrageous.

Will Nigerian banks process tuition deposit fee generated that is above the main one written on offer letter? Hope it won’t raise a red flag or delay in fee processing?

N.B School gave room for more tuition deposit to be paid if one desire!

I actually noticed that the required deposit is a bit low. But didn't think much of it.

A friend got a conditional offer letter. It required him to pay 1/4th of first year tuition fee, instead of the regular half. I am just wondering and want to be sure if it’s the new normal.

Are Australian universities taking quarter payment now? I am very familiar with half payment method. Is this a bait or a new norm? Pls recent applicants, kindly share reply post.
