He must have received notifications that contained the email.
He won't need to use an app.
He can reset the email password with the simcard and he can reset the USSD pin with the email and simcard without stepping into a banking hall.

you are confusing the use of a phone and that of a sim card
your Emails will be open on a phone even without a sim card as your email is a software downloaded unto your phone not your Sim card

You are more than correct, I just got back from Nigeria, I got my Dad a new phone so this means we had to redownload his bank app, same SIm new phone,I know what the bank were asking ,they even mandated a new foto and foto ID to match, They also requested finger prints to be re done.Now with the Older generation of banks Ie first Bank, I have a token so I use this.I also note that if my bank remains dormant after some time without activities, it locks up and I have to go inside the bank in Person to unlock it when ever I get my backside to PH So this story is one of them bloggers fishing for views, My man up there could not point me to the link that supports his narrative up there instead refers to me as SON, mayB he is m y Dad of 85 years Old.

Yes, Dangote Refinery can be subsidised. But that does not solve Atiku’s problem—it simply changes who receives the subsidy cheque.

If Dangote’s commercial price is above Atiku’s desired pump price, government must either:

pay Dangote/marketers the difference;
give the refinery cheaper crude or FX;
absorb the gap through NNPC;
or force sales below economic cost.

So the basic questions remain:

At what benchmark price? How much subsidy per litre? Who gets paid? Who verifies volumes? And where will the money come from?

Saying “Dangote can be subsidised” is not the answer.

It is simply another way of saying taxpayers will pay the difference.
Atiku has no plan! Subsidy restoration will collapse the country in less than three months!! Subsidy restoration is voodoo economics.
