Properties / Re: High Quality Clay Roof And Concrete Roof by erico2k2(m): 12:13pm On Mar 28
chizagi:
WE PRODUCE SUPPLY AND INSTALL HIGH QUALITY CLAY AND CONCRETE ROOF FOR YOUR BUILDING.

Advantages of Clay and concrete Roof Tiles
Both modern builders and renovators are increasingly opting for both sustainable and environmentally friendly materials for their roofing. The use of clay roof tiles is increasing considerably. Why this sudden interest in this material? What are the advantages of clay roof tiles, and what tips and precautions do we prefer to take into account to make our new roof covering an absolute eye-catcher?

1. Long lifespan
Due to the nature of this material, a roof with these clay and concrete roof tiles can easily reach a lifespan of not less than one hundred and fifty years. Clay and concrete roof tile is particularly durable, which neither the ravages of time nor the most extreme weather conditions can affect. This reduces the probability that you need a roof repair. Thus, saving cost.

2. Resistant to extreme weather conditions
Clay and concrete roof tiles can withstand the most extreme weather conditions. Thanks to the exceptional structure of their pores, clay and concrete roof tiles are perfectly resistant to severe weather condition. But that’s not all. During rain and snow, these pores are not filled with water. This is undoubtedly an important additional advantage compared to other materials. In this way, the empty pores of our clay and concrete roof tiles form an expansion vessel, as it were. High tensions, caused by the expansion of the ice, are thus absorbed as much as possible. This prevents major damage to our home and increases the safety of the residents.

3. Clay and concrete roof tiles are easy to maintain
Another benefits of clay and concrete roof tile is the ease of maintenance of this material. If a maintenance job has to be carried out on our roof, this can be done without having to tear down parts of our roof, as is the case when using some other materials. This ease of maintenance is mainly due to the handy formats in which they are available and their remarkably easy installation method.

4. Suitable for both sloping and curved roof
Clay and concrete roof tiles come in a wide range of handy sizes, colors and remarkably easy installation methods. As a result, they are now suitable for any sloping or curved roof, or facade to be renovated.

5. Temperature resistant
Clay and concrete roof tiles are extremely resistant to the most extreme weather conditions, and therefore certainly also against large temperature fluctuations and moisture. These are undoubtedly the two main enemies of our roofing. Clay and concrete roof tiles are remarkably dimensionally stable. Compared to other roof coverings, they hardly shrink, nor do they expand. Annoying noises are therefore minimized.

TruthsFM:
Concluding the last portion of the Ilaro-Owode roadworks at Owode End represents a significant achievement for our administration.
This final 2.5 kilometres, when completed by the engineers, will result in the full reconstruction of the entire 27-kilometre span.
This will undeniably enhance transportation and accessibility for all road users in that area. There is no doubt that this endeavour will bring advantages to both the community and the entire region.

Till now nothing for the poor masses for that decision he took.

No CNg Buses, no transportation cushioned effect, no increased salary for workers, etc.

I really hope they start to get some things right . Nigerians have suffered too much for unnecessarily reasons.
I swear down, You remember when everyone was porting to use cooking gas on their Gen set? now what happens now? Gas price went UP.

Lol...Mogadishu go take offense for that your comment o. Anyways let's get back to real issues. To truly understand the weight of a persons argument, a reasonable level of context has to be provided. If sure with more context, Mr Onyema's argument might find more people to agree.
A fact which I believe Mr Onyema can't refute though is that being in the UK legitimately and hustling diligently will provide more dividends in the long run than being in Nigeria. That is irrefutable at least as of today
ahaha true that. Make Malians come, I Mount!

What you guys don’t know is Nigeria don’t do such crime they do in London. Have you ever heard in your life someone running around stabbing people in Lagos ? Or shot someone because of fake wrist watch
Its even worse in Nigeria, at least you said someone, but in Nigeria its a group of people running around with machete slicing people into halves like ram
you are talking about fake watch, in Nigeria they do not even have the time or the mechanism to check if its fake or not, the rob you point blank even when you are in motion or in your own home. Have you not seen or heard of people who were in traffic waiting being rubbed broad day light?Stop comparing 1st world with Nigeria they are not same on any level. Both have their own ills but 9ja is on steroids.

it pathetic honestly.

He Bat and Buhari deceived us with the removal of Subsidy and commissioning of this Dangote refinery in 2023.

Now in 2024, am yet to see what have been saved from the subsidy removal and what that saved money is doing now for us.

It a shame!
What i think happened was the removal(ADIO b the way) of subsidy did not happen, the planned to mask it with NNPC being the main importer during PMB.Now BAT announced it was removed when in fact they did not so the rest of the country has gone overdrive to behave as if it was removed.

I know but at a point we must push for the right things... imagine if all Nigerians becomes corrupt, nobody works anymore, everyone focus on hoarding wnd trading dollars, dont you think it will lead to crises?

Didn't you see the protest when dollar was N1700/dollar, this dollar issue affects the security, and stability of the country, because imported goods will be out of reach of the common man due to high cost, this will lead to more criminality, protests and public disorders...or should we destroy our country and all become dollar hoarders?

The federal government has no choice, for it is better for federal government to use economic policies and monetary and fiscal measures to ensure the naira is strengthened than watch the nation go up in flames and chaos...the government job is to take care of the people...if government have to subsidize dollars so it comes down, so majority of Nigerians who are poor can afford things, I support it, that is the work of government, do everything possible to make the masses okay... otherwise government will see problems in their hands.

Let us try to change o, Nigerians.
GOod luck with that

More like 800k nowadays. 200k can't afford you a maid and driver in today's Naija.
With 200k salary you are not suppose to even get married as a man unless your wife is bringing something almost equivalent or more to the table or else, you will definitely live like a pauper tossed about by life problems.
I let my 2 bed flat out for N120k a month which is N1,2m a year in PHC, so that means if you earn N200k you will not be able to afford it as you are now left with N80K to run things till month end.
