The current war in Lebanon was because Lebanese allowed the Iranian backed Palestian liberation organisation to occupy southern Lebanon and attack northern Israel, after expelsion of same PLO from Jordan. This led to Israel occupation of southern Lebanon is 1982 to protect themselves. It was at this time that Iran sponsored another group Hezbollah to oppose Israeli army's presence.
In the year 2000 Israel withdrew from Lebanon but just six year after Hezbollah crossed Lebanese border to capture two Israeli soldiers guarding their border. This led to 2006 Lebanese war with Israel.

Now the only argument Hezbollah and Lebanon has is that Israeli occupation is against the sovereignty. But they hide under the cover of sovereignty to invite and allow terrorists attack Israel right from their country.
