Victorex001: Insightful...if I front a monthly salary of 80-100k would that be reasonable? Dude...you can’t be talking about sketchy stuff like this and expect people to give u advice. Everyone is using scope to tell u to stop asking sketchy questions but you have decided to carry shovel and even started digging ur own grave asking more and more sketchy things. Pls desist from such before they ban you from here. |

JandyJ: Fellow Nigerian what's wrong with u.. The time u used in posting this is enough for u to copy and paste the link here. If I had a better understanding of this site, I wouldn't have been asking u You have to understand that’s why they say read from page 1 everyone comes here as a novice you start reading you educate yourself. Even when you ask a question you also need to do due diligence by researching yourself. No one comes to this thread a pro. He even helped by sending an image to help better understand. You are being too lazy to research yourself and now blaming Nigerians for even helping out. Read from page one, use the search bar here, use google, go on cic website you’ll find your answers but don’t complain when you ask a question that has been repeatedly answered and people are frustrated about repeating the same answers again how will u learn about the process This thread is in Part 9 because people share information willingly and if the same questions were asked over and over no one would grow from it. So pls Nigerian patriot go and read and stop spamming the thread. |

Pwinkle1: In recent times, they have not stuck to their 5/6day policy.
For perspective, my husband wrote on the 12th of October, I started checking online from 17th, the email didn’t come until the 21st morning about 7am and that’s when we were able to check online.
I went to their Ikoyi office that day at 12pm and the hard copy wasn’t even ready yet until about 3pm - they had to print as I waiting because I was putting pressure.
So sadly, @PucciGuru you might have to wait, or you can try your luck by going there if you wish. Wow that crazy |

PucciGuru: Has anybody here done cbt Ielts before?
Please how did you check your result? Sometimes they don’t send the mail on time. If it’s past 6 days your result is most likely out. Go to their office and pick the hard copy if you’re impatient or u could wait till they send the mail. You will be directed from the mail how to check the result. Good luck!!! |

AuntyKoko: I think the multiple choice section where you have two or three speakers. The only strategy in listening is to listen. Just don’t over think it let it flow take ur mind off any other thing for that 30mins. I’ll advice you practice practice especially in a noisy place like an eatery or your sitting room with the tv on. That’s what I did till I could get 36/37. You need to get 35 in listening to get an 8 so whatever you do you can only afford to fail 5 questions. Incase you miss one don’t let that distract you keep on with the rest.Hopefully this helps. |

DoDirtsLikeWorm: Quick 0ne In my CRS calculator, I realized that they said; 2 or more Certificate, Bachelor/or 3years or more years in Diploma/Technical school etc.. I happened to have spent 3 years in the Poly before getting ND. That is to say, i have Poly Diploma & National Diploma respectively.
Which should i choose? 2 years diploma? Or Bachelor/3 or more in Tech school etc?
Meanwhile, i chose "having a job offer in Canada and they gave me 50points, but i was thinking that it meant having your qualification being in demand in Canada. I need clearity My Chiefs & Lolo's. Lemme correct myself. Unless you’ve gotten a job offer from a Canadian coy offering you job with LMIA then click yes if not pls click no. The job offer column has nothing to do with qualifications in demand. |

Ifemide123: Good morning everyone. I guess this is the point I have to step back and pursue a masters degree I have used the best ielts scores and I still didn't reach the cut off point with my bsc. A friend advised I just do it like that since I scored above 400, he said I'd get a PNP nomination. I am not fully convinced about that, but with two years of masters degree, I would be able to save more money, read more about the program and pass my ielts in flying colours. I wish y'all the best. See you here in 2021/2022! Don’t give up just yet. This process changes every time.God forbid it gets really hard by 2021 or Nigeria gets excluded from applying (like us lottery visa which many other countries still participate in and Nigerians are not allowed to anymore). There’s BCS (British council society) exam which when evaluated with your BSC gives two or more degrees in March. Pls use the search bar and read more about it. CRS must come down based on gravity lol. Please don’t wait till 2021/22 |

Hmmm all these unnecessary arguments can be prevented if people would just use THE SEARCH BAR OR GO TO PAGE 1 before asking some questions. Type your query in the search bar your question most likely has been covered from part 1 to 8. If you don’t see it then go to page 1. If you still don’t see your answer (which is very unlikely) then ask here and people would answer. People become frustrated to answer questions that have been repeatedly answered since 2015. Be guided let’s not be fighting up and down here. |

It shouldn’t matter where you are...if it’s express entry permanent residence biometrics can be done anywhere in the world as long as you are legally there it’s on the site. I don’t know what visa type you are applying for but if you are worried about the biometrics go back and talk to the VFS they are best to help you.
