Good point. Also,most of the accidents are caused by bad road. There's no justifiable cause for a head-on collision to occur on a dual carriage way when the road is good. Bad roads give room for diversion. Those we voted in positions of authority have failed the masses woefully, by abandoning their responsibility . A lot road accidents are avoidable. That lagos-ore road isn't good at all. Only a small portion is ok
