Good news to the grassroots!!! Any LG chairman who does their allocation anyhow should be jailed for life. Their law needs to be amended now. Thanks to OBJ for initiating this in his term...the true baba of the nation.

He fought tinubu for creating the LCDAs , saying the grassroots would be shortchanged cos allocation going to them, which had not even been adequate in the first place would be mismanaged.

Till today, no meaningful developments after creation of the LCDAs than offices filled with people making noise from morning till evening, doing nothing. Some wont even show up while their salary will be unaffected. All the LGA/LCDA projects are still being funded by the state cos they don't see anything from Abuja. Our LG chairmen in lagos are ceremonial while LCDAs are conduit pipes used to siphon money by the state. LCDAs need to be scrapped

They wanted fubara to defect to the apc with them but he refused. That was part of the Abuja resolution which took place when they went to see tinubu. Did fubara put himself there? No. Did rivers apc vote fubara into power? No! Pdp is rivers and rivers is pdp. Inec should do the needful on the vacant seats of the law makers soon if they're truly independent. The apc is only postponing the law makers' doomsday.

Worst case, the edo scenario will be replicated and they'd become useless. Nigerian politicians no get shame. Your party voted you into power and you betrayed their trust after you won by defecting to another party to serve your selfish interest. The anger with which they'd be voted out will be out of this world. Why not contest under the apc umbrella from the beginning and see if they'd win those seats?

The rivers people said Tinubu wanted to turn their state into the apc by force by using wike but they'd stop him. He knows his support by the north come 2027 is uncertain so he wants to grab some southern states by force...na by force dem take dey do am? I used to pronounce wike as it is, not knowing they add a letter "n" to it when pronounced. Each time I said wike, they'd respond with nwike grin

Their governors cum businessmen must first sack themselves. Now, Nigerians are beginning to know who the servants and who the masters are. Soludo thought to govern was like when in cbn when you'd eat .money and nobody would query you. He was the first to have shouted, after the NLC proposed the minimum wage, as if it would affect his business...of course it would.

See Dapo Abiodun too, as if it's only in ogun state that the minimum wage will be implemented . I can understand, every 2nd term in office is an avenue for politicians to loot. They're all restless now over the minimum wage. He needs more loots to further establish hayden petroleum marketing company but that ain't going to happen.

My partner asked me recently that he saw that Nigerians were protesting on CNN over minimum wage and they shut our airports. He asked, were they earning up to 400usd as minimum wage? I said nope, it was actually far less than 100usd and he screamed...what a fuuuuukkk! grin

. That's worse than slavering!!!

Yesterday it was a defamatory comment claim by Tinubu on a media house, punch is next. This man gagged the media in lagos when in office as governor. He has succeeded in doing all what he accused the military of, in the 80s/90s.

Those who saw him fall at eagles square thought it was the first time. He's been falling like that for years. The media would just cut that side off the camera and he'd pay them handsomely in order not to publish it. Unfortunately, the eagle square fall didn't happen in a secluded environment, the media would have been ordered to cut it off the camera. You call yourself a democrat when you know down your heart that you're the opposite.

Emilokan can never be so prudent. See the presidential yatch, see the new jets for him and the vp, instead of fixing the fleets on ground if they truly care....how can Nigeria develop in this mess? I remember tafa balogun, obj's close friend who was IG at that time. He was found in the web of corruption and he dealt with him. He found atiku in same Web and sent him away, despite being VP. He was operating from outside. I don't pray atiku becomes president of Nigeria. He's as worse as tinubu in prudence. They both spend like what we call apa in yoruba.

A lot of his policies were geared towards the improvement of our economy. More so, he put the square pegs in square holes, starting from Joseph sanusi as the cbn governor before he appointed soludo. They were so complete and each of them did their best in their terms in office.

Unlike this jaujau president's administration in which anyone who refuses to agree with his warped economic policies is seen as a non-yoruba or ibo by his illiterate followers. Obj remains the father of Nigeria.

. With a decent leadership in place, the trois wouldn't have left the ecowas as they did. They contribute immensely to the development of the region in the areas of livestock, LPG, tomatoes, beans and onions production.

Now there would be trade barriers and those items will be very costly. Any LPG importer will now need a visa to enter Niger. We'd pay heavy taxes on our gas pipelines that pass their countries to Europe. I don't know what his advisers are smoking. It's either they're not competent or he's not listening to them.

Tinubu will be the worst president to govern Nigeria. Even the known clueless one wasn't this clueless. Failed to govern Nigeria also failed to govern ecowas. Stepping aside when his tenure isn't yet expired is another proof of failure

STOP spreading misinformation. Lagos don't do politics of lies and Sanwo Olu didn't campaign promising Lagosians 4th Mainland Bridge in exchange for their votes. He promised good governance hinged on a proposed THEME agenda under which are so many sectors slated for improved development that which he's delivering on already. Fourth Mainland Bridge is just a single project under the TRANSPORTATION section of that proposed THEME agenda and if the government hasn't delivered on it, it doesn't mean it's failed or deceitful as it has delivered on numerous other projects under the same TRANSPORTATION sector including but not limited to road reconstruction or new road construction, multiple bridges construction, rail travel revival, improved waterways transport with bigger ferries and multiple jetties construction, SEAPORT construction, amongst others.
The 4th Mainland Bridge, the Lekki International AIRPORT, two more rail lines （precisely the green and purple lines） and the completion of the second phases of the existing red and blue lines are projects the state is doing everything to set in motion in the lifetime of this administration. They ain't forgotten and the government is already in search of fundings for them all.

Indeed, the lagos-ibadan express way which is less than 250km is still under construction, over one decade of construction flag off.

At least, this man came out to say something, even though he knows from the depth of his heart that 20 years is not feasible in completing the massively inflated lagos-calabar coastal road construction contract.
