brain54:Don't think trump is going anywhere. He'd be convicted before their national convention. Watch out! |
nlreserve:They're born slaves, remember? Their forefathers were praise singers, known for beating drums behind the politicians of the past, to seek relevance and daily bread. It's in the Blood By the way, sanwoolu can afford it. It could even be a gift. |
OkpaNsukkaisBae:Putin's deputy has spoken |
...and all the mumus without brain followed suit , despite the fact that Wike had left power Only a few used thehr brain and followed the man in power. |
Cassandraloius:Very wicked. There's one stupid guy who lives in Philippines. He came home and slept with an innocent girl unprotected when he knew he already had the virus. The girl's life has been miserable since 2022. Many people still think hiv is a hoax. A lot of people you see daily actually live with the virus. After all, e no dey show for face |
ojun50:This kain tin no dey work for naija oo. Before you know it, they'd be asking for his 200 years tax clearance certificate or date of birth of the first king that ruled his hometown |
Like I always say, the masses will learn but by force. See the people they're killing themselves over. How long did it take their respective state's palliatives to arrive? They're not even talking about it anymore. All of them are there for their own pockets. They're all businessmen. Soludo was so desperate to become governor, crossing from one party to another. He was the first among the southern governors to shout on the min wage, something he should have welcomed. He's shouting since then. One would be wondering if he's not worried about the looting he had already targeted in 4 years , which will now be cut to size by the proposed min wage. Dapo Abiodun too will be worried cos his Heyden petrol stations will suffer expansion. Thieves. |
omoredia:Na cos of bad leadership my brother. Our people like deceit and propaganda. Isn't it serving them right? May Pa Awo's soul rest in peace. A great agricultural revolutionist and a leader par excellence |
Amazing! Political have made a lot of people become lazy. The majority of those in the senate have abandoned their businesses. I support the regional government, if well spelt-out. The likes of Ado Doguwa who's always parading his cache of wives as his own achievement will go back to farm because wastages will be cut to size at the centre. Pa Awo, may your soul RIP. He remains the only politician with the love of the masses at heart. He believed agriculture was the only way to prosperity and end to poverty. Not only was he preaching this, he also walked the talk. Any government that can build the likes of OAU, Odua Investments today will take trillions of naira worth of world bank loan. How can someone travel to the Americas and bring home a weed and spray it on such a vast land as that of the south west and south south (incl the old bendel state) with helicopter, just to make soil fertile naturally? That's what we call the akintola weed today. Awolowo remains the only politician with the love of the masses at heart...not those buying private jets while their sons are buying estates overseas. |
RoyalBlu:When I say there are sane countries in Africa who are teaching Nigeria how to govern, this is an example. Our mumu go do someday. We're still blinded by tribalism |
Nigeria is next. Our mumu don do |
blowjohn:It's a private establishment in which politics won't be played in unravelling the cause. If its sabotage, they must expose where it came from. |
Low key man. He's always shy ![]() |
Good news! I was so scared when the news was first reported the cause must be investigated and swiftly addressed, to avert a reoccurrence. The facility is Nigeria's pride |
anonymuz:E dey happen everywhere my brother, though Nigeria's judiciary system get k-leg. I remember the 2 brothers, Henry McCollum and Leon Brown in the US who were wrongfully convicted in the 80s. They spent over 30 years behind bars before the real convict was found. Though they were awarded 75m usd, their productive lives have been cut short...no wives, no children. The eldest is 60 years old now. They lost their parents in that struggle. It's really a sad story. |
This guy should learn from his brother, John Ezeobi |
The last time I checked, bubu has left power. Be kiafu |
Feintline:You spoke my mind 💯 |
Because they'd be badly affected as they'd not see money to steal as businessmen that they are. If it's whatever that will favour them, you'd only hear of it on the TV after express approval. Unfortunately, labour union members are being used by these politicians to have their way, after which they'd dump them once they take office and ignore their plight. I remember that labour union leader in lagos state last year vigorously campaigning for tinubu. Same woman was sighted recently leading the minimum wage protest ![]() |
SisterRamota:Did they say they're there for the common man? They're all business men and women. That's why they're so desperate to do anything to remain in power and once their party becomes opposition, they defect to the ruling party and the looting continues. They have no other means of survival. See what's happening in rivers today. You freed a goat but you refused to let go of the leach. That's what wike is doing right now. His disgrace and fall will be monumental. Until the masses free themselves from the shackles of these bad leaders who are supposed to be our servants, they remain masters while the masses remain their servants. |
The girl is a heroine. They should just return the ransom her family paid to secure her release out of that money, especially if they can present proofs. |
Zonefree:He may end up in prison when tinubu leaves office. When you see a thug, you don't need a mark on his face to know one. |
slimfit1:The masses aren't the problem. Talk to the leaders you are following. Check their criminal record from top-down, maybe you'd withdraw this statement. When the head is rotten, what do you expect of the body? |
Nigeria is a great country with bad and super corrupt leaders who are being followed by bigots. Indonesia came to us in the 70s to learn about oil palm production. Our leader even gave them some seedlings after the training to take back home. Today, Indonesia is the world largest exporter of palm oil. Amazingly, Nigerians import palm oil from Indonesia to meet the ever-increasing local demand ![]() |
Chizy12345:You guys don't even understand the goings-on in the society. While many are exhibiting tribalism on nairaland, there are a lot of Nigerians who are closer to other tribes than a common man on NL is. She had cried out to the people she knew, when her dad was around. Alex Ottis is a successful banker, SLS too and he's dad had sat on the board of their banks when alive. The bond must be very strong for calling the 2 for assistance. I may be wrong, the governor of Kano may not be known or close to this lady and their family when her dad was alive. I've never heard of his name until he vied for Kano governorship. When MKO's son was involved in financial scam, it was his dad's ally whom his mum and siblings called. Lagos state governor was there but they didn't call him, maybe because he wasn't known to them when their dad was around. Not that the governor wouldn't have helped if approached too. Hope you understand. I blame these rich men for all these family embarrassment. Settle everyone when you're getting old and all will be well. |
jumper524:Her mum hails from Auchi, they're very wealthy but nothing lasts forever. If you knew Tony miomoh, you'd understand better. This is just a life lesson. Yesterday, it was MKO's children. Today, another one from a notable family . Just do your best in life to make all your children comfortable and independent before you leave. Give them best education too. By time you're gone, they wouldn't even look at your inheritance. This is a proof that the current economic situation bltes everyone, but differently. The royal tussle between the 2 brothers in kano could be one of the seasons SLS has been minding his own business but I think the time to show them mercy is now. SLS is a kind-hearted man. |
At Davido's wedding, be expecting, Dangote, Otedola,Elumelu, senators, governors, etc. So, why won't osimeh be happy to be in the midst of such people? |
His facial expressions show he regretted his actions |
ExudeLoveToAll:Don't bother engaging WriteerNg. He doesn't seem to like anything US. Meanwhile, na dem be baba wey others dey follow for back |
Omooba77:Eyah. May his soul RIP |
Tinubu isn't worth fighting for. It's unfortunate the likes of fashola, osinbajo or ambode couldn't be considered. Some blind fangs would bentelling you tueud not jabe won, had they come out to contest...Iwhote lies. They'd have swept the entire south, incl Lagos and middle belt. Just a little would have been needed from the north. Going back in time, core north had never voted a southern presidential candidate overwhelmingly I'd have turned southern activist myself. Who born dem? But as e dey now, na to dey observe |
helinues:I've had said to myself that I'd not respond to you guys' posts again but as I keep seeing all the posts made by unintelligent supporters of Tinubu, I'm always in awe. Is suitan in kano or sokoto? |
