1stGenAmerican:Your comment is well noted. Let's see how it goes. |
But the minister of humanitarian affairs had said Jigawa was worse hit. That lady's bias against other regions no be here. Bigot of a woman |
Nisot7:I experienced this with aero Contractor once. It wasn't funny though. People of different faiths were just calling God in different names. I remember one alphaa that night . The plane went down all of a sudden as if it was going to crash...a propeller driven small plane like that. Suddenly it came up again to its normal altitude. Another scary moment was when we were about leaving abuja airport, same aero contractors, the engine couldn't start and people began to panick. We were still in the tarmac. As if that wasn't enough, we got mid way when the pilot came out of the cockpit to address us, that we'd have to return to abuja cos flight wouldn't get to lagos and he wouldn't want to risk it. He said there was a technical fault, omo! See pandemonium . As soon as we got to abuja where we took off from, some.said they're not going again so they disembarked and went back to town while some of us took the courage to stay. The pilot said he'd need to refuel, after rectifying the fault. Eventually we took off and landed safely in lagos around mid night. |
ObosiUkwalla:Dem really get mind my guy , despite the obvious failures |
Same way I saved 2 guys Iives inside a fiercely burning LT bus at a fatal accident's scene in lagos some years back while passers-by were busy recording videos and taking selfies. One of them had passed out as the dashboard had already collapsed on his limbs |
Vote apc again and see things The worst is yet to come. We can avert it by sending them packing next year. They've come up with their fake manifesto once again. If you fall for it,the current situation would be a tip of the iceberg. We told you guys tinubu isn't fit but you keep padding his health. See the disgrace on the Arise TV tonight ? He's been absent from two important events. 1- The peace pact signing which was even supposed to be more important to him. Gen Abdulsalaam Abubakar who heads the committee, as ailing as he was, attended . He attended even on a walking stick, to describe how important the peace accord was. He just returned from overseas where he went for medical treatment that time. Emilokan disappeared. 2. The Arise TV political debate which had been aired for days was held tonight without Tinubu in attendance. Aja to ba maa sonu, loro awon urchins...ko ni gbo fere olodę |
Sannisege:Like I said, there's no need for argument or name-calling anymore. We will meet at the polls. Good luck to your candidate |
plaindealer:Fowo boju ę. Oonitiju kobo. See how you're supporting ineptitude and fraud? Smh! Peter Obi had shown up on both the Arisetv and Channels TV political shows times without number. If Arise is biased, what about Channels TV? Why hasn't he shown up? I told my friends that Tinubu would never show up during the prace pact signing and it happened. The Arisetv's political debate is another proof Tinubu is a failure. We await him at the polls next year. No need for name-calling anymore |
plaindealer: |
Yea. It depends. If the relationship is time-bound and both parties are discipline. My inlaw gained admission to study at FIU, US some years back. He just got married, while the wife stayed back at a company in which she was doing well. The idea was to also process her wife's admission into one of the US unis. Luckily, her admission clicked and she travelled to US to meet him. They completed their program and settled down. |
I'm not in support of this oo. Pls, pls |
money121:Just 10tons of sharp sand costs 80k now. I learnt one bag of cement would soon cost 5k. Hardly would you see a salary earner building a house nowadays. Inflation has eaten up their emoluments. If you like, still fall for the apc's usual lies and vote them next year . Dem no dey tell pesin. They told us in 2015 that 250 naira to one dollar wasn't ok. Today, a dollar is 850 naira. How many percentage depreciation in NGN is that? . E go reach everyone ![]() |
LeoDeKing:Your usual lies don clear enough for our eyes. We don't need more pls. Our slogan remains...we no dey give shishi Thanks |
abc115:Fake news no dey taya una? Where was Obi when MC Macaroni was vocal on endsars issues? Where were you liars when the government threatened his life after appearing at the panel set up for this purpose? Peter Obi had not even dreamt of joining Labour party back then. Now, na 7m Diaspora funds go make Macaroni support Obi. Mtcheew! No amount of your propaganda would change the Obidients minds. These are old styles of spreading falsehood, please stop. E no dey work again. |
shortIGBOman:Abacha made fake news, even including the bomb he planted in the plane which Gen Oladipo Diya was supposed to board. Thanks to those loyal to him. Abacha had been commiserating with Diya's family before the plane got to lagos. Meanwhile Diya had changed his course and went into a safe place after the Abacha'sheinous plan was leaked to him, avoided the plane which eventually crashed. Gen Diya had to tell Abacha he was having complications so he couldn't travel to lagos anymore as planned. What of the Ken Saro Wiwa he hanged for committing no offence...another fake news I guess? It's like abacha bribed your parents while in government. It's appalling what you're saying here. |
shortIGBOman:It depends on your definition of an ex-convict. What was his offence...? Abacha even wanted to hang him. He had already signed his death by firing squad before he was rescued by those loyal to him. His offence was that he condemned Abacha's animalistic and tyrannical rule |
craix:No wonder we're still recovering the abacha loots till today. The money meant for developing Nigeria. |
Nigeria is a preparatory ground for would-be or potential professionals to be used in the various fields abroad. Our leaders are very wicked. They're the ones destroying this country. Nigeria is always at the losing end. They enjoyed low school fees in public universities, compared to what obtains overseas. Instead of developing our country with the skills acquired, they'd leave and develop another people's countries where they'd be regarded or treated as second class citizen. Does that male sense? Indians, China, Malaysia, Brazil, etc. Would leave their countries to study overseas to aquire skills and make use of same in their countries. No wonder they're what they are today. Until we have a leader who cares, we'd always be like this as a country. The crop of old politicians we have can't take us there. They're liars. They preach healthcare but end up going to the UK for regular check up. Who is fooling who? Since 1960, we never had a good leader. In the 70s, Malaysia came to Nigeria to learn of how we got oil palm production right. Obasanjo was the head of state. After acquiring some skills, they took some seedlings away. But today, Malaysia is the largest exporters of palm oil in the world. Shamefully, Nigeria goes there to buy. Our governors can only shout after they have succeeded in destroying our education sector . They're only fooling themselves. Lecturers wanted a better study environments for our students and good quality education, the federal government promised them what they needed but later backtracked. They went on strike in protest of the Federal government's refusal to fulfill their own part of the bargain. They later called off the strike but paid them only for the period they worked after strike was suspended and some ignorant youths were supporting the federal government's stance...all in the name of bigotry. Nigeria mata taya me. How many of these governors have children in the Nigerian universities? It's in your hands people. Next year's elections are around the corner. Vote wisely or you continue to wail until you wake up one day and look at the mirror and see grey hair strands on your head and realise you've not achieved meaningful thing in life due to your bad choices. Good morning Nlanders |
ZIMDRILL:Being married shouldn't be an excuse for blocking him. For someone to have been so kind, she must have meant everything to him and that's if the story was true. The girl in question could have been his only source of happiness cos she never knew what the man was going through. She should have just told him the plain truth and moved on with her life. She couid drop the sim instead of blocking him. How would she have felt if the man had blocked her when she needed those help, which the man cheerfully rendered? That's why I even doubted the veracity of the story. Let me share a true life story with you. There was someone close whose marriage was going through a lot. Then he had this girl who was very close to him. He gave her almost all she needed, including sponsoring her University project, accommodation when she was on her nysc, even giving her money monthly. This girl told her parents she's dating a married man when the mum asked her to bring her fiancé. The man actually travelled with her to see her patents , cos he truly liked her. They travelled by air together. He was lodged to a hotel. The following day, she began to act funny. Her character had changed completely. Her dad welcomed him with open arms while mum was totally against their relationship. The man even said he'd not mind marrying her as a second wife. Long story cut short, this girl blocked his line. She also blocked him in Facebook. All these happened after his visit to her parents. Her mum must have talked her head up all through the night he visited. The man felt hurt and moved on. A year later, this girl unblocked him. She began to ask for his favour again...imagine . But as kind as he was, he still helped but nothing between them again. This man had a project in the country where this girl later relocated to. It was the girl who provided an interpreter for him cos its a French speaking country. Throughout his stay , he didn't see her... cos he said he'd not see her, despite her describing her place. Eventually, the man still sent her money for the assistance. End of story. |
Fake is an understatement |
A bad product doesn't have 2 names.... ![]() |
While obidients are printing and making logos and souvenirs, giving them out for free, others are doing business with it. That's the clear different between the 2 parties. Vote wisely. |
Nigerian politicians don't seem to know what's going to befall them next year. They don't want to retire rather, they want to keep impoverishing Nigerians till they breathe their last. Isn't that wickedness? One of them ordered the military at Bonny Camp to go to Lekki to shoot at unarmed Nigerian youths at the lekki toll gate in which some youths died and still expect the same people to vote him next year? .Not even a mad person would think of voting such a wicked old man. Like i said before, may God bless Dr Ayo of Grandvill Medical opposite VGC who rescued some of our members by treating them free of charge...those who sustained heavy gunshot wounds, Yet, some children of evil were claiming nobody was shot and nobody died, despite proofs at the lagos state givernment's kangaroo hearing. I could remember Dr Ayo rejected some wounded endsars members due to the serious injuries sustained and they were referred to Luth and Lasuth. While some made it there, some died on their way due to excessive bleeding. Sanwoolu himself confirmed he saw 2 of them at lasuth, brought to the hospital from the lekki toll gate. At least, he couldn't deny that. I didn't just refuse to support tinubu. We'd angrily vote him out next year. |
You cannot order the military to go to lekki and be killing someone's children and still expect same people to vote you. Tinubu made a great mistake |
It's normal. The first time I'd experience it was in 2004 on board a Lufthansa flight to Frankfurt AM Main,Germany. I was traveling to America,US JFK was the destination. I was panicky while others were stable. I guessed they were already used to it. The air hostess only saidnl nobody should move around until things normalised. The most scary one was when on board an A380 double decked aircraft on a 19hr flight nonstop from DXB to LA in 2019. That's the longest turbulence ever experienced. There was this military man in uniform who put his face down in the next row. He was so scared. In fact, we were scared oo. Eventually, things normalised and we landed at the Tom Bradely airport in LA safely. |
ZIMDRILL:Why Block him after doing her so much good? |
malali:Where did you get this info from? Please tell us more |
skuribeebo:I've been voting since 1999 guy. Obi lemi maa dibo mi fun. I have my pvc. This isn't about ethnicity or religion. The crop of politicians we have today had failed our generation. They can't take us anywhere. They've overstayed their welcome. |
HolyMan12:So, Falz is ibo? |
I broke his heart after moving in Europe in 2011, I blocked him and moved on with my life.... Typical of an average Nigerian woman. Too bad. But why do some Nigerian women behave this way? Didn't they know we humans are like steams and we'd flow and meet someday? |
