lhordspy:Are you arlware God gave scientists the knowledge to manufacture AEDs? Are you aware, the AED could be used to resuscitate the man if they had one? I'm still persuading one of my friends to get one AED in his office and another at his operations base offshore and he smiles each time I remind him of it. We don't value lives in this part of the world. Only in Nigeria would a rally be held and the medical team or an ambulance would not accompany them. |
Sadly,.these busy politicians don't have a single AED around their premises and offices. They're only chasing money upandan |
haslaw:No need to argue further. All I can tell you is we have moles amongst us, even with proofs. Anslem should clear his name. We'd welcome him back provided he does the needful. Nothing like ibo matter here. I'm yoruba not ibo and i joined with the approval of my uncle. Obi and people like me joined Labour party most recently. If you're in tune with lagos politics, jagaban always planted moles in the pdp to gather information for him, same as other politicians. If you see 200m naira today as a youth leader from atiku or Tinubu, you could change your mind on issues that pertain to loyalty to your party. There are proofs he's working against us which Anslem himself knows. We welcome everybody but not moles. |
MasterJayJay:I believe you! |
haslaw:No. I'm a card carrying member of LP and I'm telling you the plain truth. Is he the only one who had been in LP for years? I have fellow yorubas who had been there even before me. I used to be a supporter of the APC and now in the LP. Why didn't LP suspend other old members too? Same also happened here in Lagos. You can't call that crisis, unlike what's happening at the chairmanship level in both the pdp and the apc today today. |
Lolz. I wish people would just pitched their tents to Peter Obi right now, the most popular candidate among them all. The coast is getting clearer. He's the only one who's not seen as a regional candidate right now. How can Makinde openly show his support for Tinubu when he's in another party and an opposition governor for that matter. It appears Makinde deliberately wanted tinubu to fail. No sensible northerners ( those who were not fully persuaded to vote tinubu befofe) to now support him ,seeing what's happening on ground. They'd rather support their own instead. Even if Makinde wanted to support Tinubu's candidacy, he shouldn't have made it known openly. It should have been a coded one, just the way Gov Ortom is doing to Peter Obi codedly. I see mass defection to the pdp from tomorrow. Watch out people. The battle will be between Ibi and Atiku. |
haslaw:I just told the plain truth. Find out why be was suspended . Any moles in the Labour Party will be exposed and fished out. Nobody can derail us from our plans and mossion to take back Nigeria. There are still more. In a matter of time, we'd fish them out. There's every judas in a gathering. Your obsession about LP and ipobs knows no bounds. Anybody thinking I'm ibo needs to visit the hospital for a brain examination. It's same as calling our leader and uncle Dr Doyin Okupe ibo. What a child's talk |
Oshodi had an n behind it until the 16th century. It used to be a settlement of the bini people. It used to be named after a popular bini settler, called oshodin. Are you guys also aware that there's nothing like Dosunmu as a name? It was Docemo, in Lagos a conglomerate owned by one of the colonialists. When they couldn't pronounce it well, especially the illiterate ones in that era, they called it Dosunmu . Some people even named their children dosumnu without knowing the meaning, same as Oshodi |
Another slap on the APC's face on their flailed promise to fight insecurity |
It's well. May he be found and reunited him with his family alive. |
buckeyemedia:Enough said in my prebous post. Enjoy your day |
buckeyemedia:urchins and mikano boys should just use same energy to support their candidate. My advice. No need to engage anyone anymore. Obidients are more focused and busy at the moment. |
newsc:Fake news. Did you see us fighting dirty like the pdp and apc ? We're too busy and focused than all that. We remain your role model |
appishani1:No need to say sorry and don't pity obidients. Please face your candidate and support him. We shall meet at the polls |
yomexp:Oooh, it was the nation newspaper that carried the fake news. Now, no need to press further ![]() |
Police ought to have pulled out the recordings of the cctv footage first before going deep in their investigation. We're there no cctvs around the pool? |
Some wicked people are like that. A similar incident happened this year , August to be precise. There's this girl well,.mannered. she's pretty and well reserved without a boy friend. I always advise her especially on choice of a future partner. All of a sudden, I noticed she's stopped sharing her thoughts with me on relationships but I always advise her to be careful Long story cut short, a guy whom she's been chatting for a while came back from Philippines where he travelled to, like 3 years back. They knew each other before he left but weren't so close. When this guy came in May this year, he had sex with her without using a condom knowing fully well he's HIV positive. Prior to that time the girl had no boy friend and this I know so well. I'm also close to her sister. One day, she told me some strange stuffs were coming out of her body. I asked she snap and send to me which she did. They looked like lymph nodes, from her neck down her elbows. I asked if they're hurting her and she said no. I now told her to go for a test. Due to my profession, I became suspicious but I just didn't want to scare her. Meanwhile, this girl had been falling sick persistently, even coughing but she didn't tell me. I knew the day I called her...she said she's sick and it wasn't long before then when she complained of fever , she was coughing in-between. She went for the test, she was positive but kept it. Late August this year, she called me early morning that her friend tested positive for HIV and I was like how come? I told her to not keep away from her but be with her and encourage her cos she might do anything funny to herself. I told her...have a nice day. A few minutes later she chatted me on WhatsApp that she's not even ok, maybe she too should go for a test, I smiled, telling her a joker, not even knowing she's the one but lying it's her friend. She kept asking funny questions until I told her I was almost late for work and we ended the chat. A few days later her sister called me, crying. She said her sister had been infected. I was like, how come but she told me its her friend. The guy who infected her had returned to Philippines in that same May when they both met and she didn't see any other guy since then. Some people are naturally wicked. The solution to this is pure abstinence. Because if you contact the virus after sleeping with someone and you get tested a few days later , you'd could be negative while you already had the virus in your system. If you go ahead and sleep with more people, you're spreading it unknowingly. If you can abstain from sex, not even a slight headache would bother you cos your mind won't go there. Don't share clippers with your friends or people at a salon, no matter how close you are to them, go with your clipper and hair brush and if you don't have one, ensure that clippers are being sterilised before use. At least you can afford hair brush. So,go to the salon always with your brush and insist the barber uses your brush. Hiv is back with full force now. Be careful! |
Parachoko:But that's the truth. North had always believed power belongs to them, especially, the core north . Jonathan only proved them wrong in 2011 after they revolted against him and voted massively for buhari. That's why they protested because he didn't win back then. Wait oo, who says northerners aren't active on social media? With what I've been seeing lately, they're super active oo. Atiku said so, I remember. Anyway, good luck to all the contestants |
Tflex01:Thank you. My choice , not yours. We shall see who's hopeless next year after the elections. I've made up my mind not to attack anyone who attacks me on this forum. There's no need for all that. We're in business of electioneering campaign already. Good luck to your candidate. |
onatisi:Your opinion , I guess? Atiku will not win massively in the north. Down south, especially in the south west, atiku won those states because he ran with Peter obi in 2019. I voted buhari in 2015 but changed the baton in 2019 because atiku picked obi. I think logically as a businessman. Dollar is now over 800 naira, just so you know. Had atiku won in 2019, obi would have headed the economic team and revived our ailing economy. That's the same way logically inclined people think, especially business people like us. It will be hard for atiku to get meaningful votes in the south west next year. Maybe he'd get some votes in osun shaa, because of Adeleke. As it stands now, only obi is more popular amongst the leading contestants. Makinde can endorse but can't force people to vote his candidates. That's another point to note. South south and south east voted so massively for atiku in 2019 because of Obi, his running mate back then as well. The narrative will change this time that obi is running. |
I've said it several times that north will always be north, especially the core north. That's why I've been talking to some bigots to think deep. Vote merit over bigotry. For me, na obi. Regional popularity can never win any election. People should ask Falae naw. The only candidate with national spread and acceptance is Obi. |
Rift or not, Afenifere cannot come to my doorstep and be persuading me on whom to vote when I know me, my family and friends will vote Peter Obi. Afenifere's formation can't be more than 10,000 people at most. Even if all of them should give their votes to a particular candidate which isn't possible, it would not change anything. Its like a drop in the ocean, same as arewa elders forum. People are wiser than group endorsements now cos we all go to same market and are affected by same poor economy. People have already made up their minds on whom to vote. Those who would vote jagaban would still vote him while those of us who are voting obi will also go ahead so, there's no need for all these stories about division among Afenifere. I can only advise all the candidates to work harder in convincing the electorate with their party programmes and manifesto. Thats the koko. People should allow these old men to rest please. I read here yesterday where one guy was interviewing pa fasoranti. How they allowed him access to the old man remained a surprise. They should also leave pa adebanjo, the new chairman alone. They need rest abeg. |
3ple9iner:He invested Lagos money....the money they wanted to share but he refused, which led to his removal unceremoniously....you want to hear more? |
BISFOYAT:Rhe Lekki Deep Sea Port was Ambode's idea not that of Tinubu. In fact, the NPA, Tolaram Group jointly invested in it. I'm still wondering why they're taking the glory of someone whom they're claiming isn't a party man. Dirty politics at play |
Kudos to the Nigerian Ports Authority, the Tolaram Group for making this happen. Ambode, one of the leaders i respect so much also contributed his quota towards this success story. I hope someone won't be praising Emilokan for this development. When Ambode put this investment forward, they said it was a waste of money but now we can all see. I'm still wondering why sanwoolu never mentioned Ambode as a key player in this project. |
Nigerians before you vote next year....think of the below: Warehouses burgled in Lagos and other states nationwide in 2020 by hungry youths, where palliatives belonging to the masses were hidden by politicians.. I'd remind you of another reason you shouldn't vote them later |
Yes, in kano katsina too |
annisy:That's one of the reasons I'm supporting Obi. He's the only sure candidate among them all. One thing about core northerners is still not known to many. Even if their candidate won't win, they'd still vote him. Only Obi is creditable among them. I wish they shunned bigotry and considered Osinbajo. It would have been an easy win for the apc cos Nigerians would have forgiven them for his sake. |
Oluwa oo! Ipob must be behind this. God hates haters. Obi's billboards are everywhere in Kano, Kaduna and Sokoto, yet, nobody pulled it down. Maybe they'd say ipob left the south east to destroy billboards in kano. Na only me sabi why I dey support this man against my tribesman. Its high time we embraced merits over bigotry. Only in this way can we move forward as a country. |
.....a good reason I'm purely in support of the note re-prints. I wish the federal government could ransack all politicians homes too, starting from bourdillon. They'd rake up trillions of dollars in weeks. Buhari's age and ill health really dealt with his administration. I could recollect his rule in the 80s. Again, in democracy, there's a limit to what you can do and get away with. Military no send anybody. Our politicians are our worst enemies. I learnt there's a limit to what banks can accept now in cash. CBN's eyes are everywhere. I see many losing billions of cash soon. They have them.stashed in the various vaults in their homes. There are thousands of houses in abuja that aren't occupied by anyone. Na money full am. You'd see stern military, heavily armed, taking siege over them. |
