I have also noticed the high interest rate by these fintech apps. I invested with Piggyvest,but noticed they're not regulated by sec as they claim. I checked the SEC website and couldnt find them https://sec.gov.ng/cmos/

I'm a K1 beneficiary, got RFE and and ny petitioner has submitted all requested info to the USCIS,and they've acknowledged receipt of it. Today makes it 60 days since their acknowledgement. How much longer is it gonna take them to approve my case huh

The Affidavit of Support I-134 has been renamed. So be sure use the new updated copy going forward.

We recently updated the following USCIS form(s):

Form I-134, Declaration of Financial Support

Edition Date: 01/04/23. Starting March 6, 2023, we will only accept the 01/04/23 edition. Until then, you can also use the 10/18/22 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

Before 04/25/22, this form was called Form I-134, Affidavit of Support.

Please what's the procedure for applying for USA visit visa.
A family friend who's also a citizen of the US sent me an invitation letter. In the letter,he stated he's going to cover my cost of stay and accommodation during my visit. He planned taking me arond Seattle's tourist destinations and many more.

Where do I begin?? And what are the chances of getting the visa?

My Conditional green card was approved today, the interview was tough she asked more than 20 questions, I don't know why black are hard on black it's crazy but the good thing is we were prepared. If you going for GC interview make sure to prepare cos they'll drill you with mind games and trick questions. In the end na GOD WIN

She lives in her own home. And she got money to to travel and do others things. Money isn't an issue. My concern is that she could have issues filing since she's not working presently.
