You are a very ignorant person.Over 70% of Lagos IGR comes from PAYE and a significant amount comes from people of other parts of the country, especially the SE and SS.Lagos has the largest IGR because it was once the capital which attracted a large population and businesses and companies including their headquarters in Nigeria and the High PAYE paid by workers.If the capital was in any other region,especially an area with a seaport 8t would have been probably higher. It is not because of any special thing the past governors did anything special.How many companies did any Lagos governor bring to Lagos on their own?
