Does anyone knows about frenage travel in challenge, ibadan?
I wanted to know maybe they are scammer.
They do advertise abt travelling to Canada on radio programme.

Good morning all.
I notified CIC about a change in my marital status on May 8th (Submitted my application & received AOR in April).
I used the Case Specific Inquiry form and also sent a mail to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca but I still haven't been sent a link to add my spouse to my application.
The Case Specific Inquiry auto-reply said I'll get a response in 10 business days. When i didn't get anything after 10 business days I completed the form again and sent it and I've still not gotten a response.
Is this normal? Has anyone experienced this?

dont mind me oh, its the waiting game that is beginning to confuse me (and i never even start)- guys pls advise how did you pass time without checking your profile everyday - trying to soak myself doing house research via kijiji, job research, owambe parties and small small travel within Africa - this waiting game is killing - cant sit still at allllll

Dis gift deed is overflogged here. we have seen proofs and counterproofs dat d POF must b from d PA. In my opinion, I believe it's okay to have d fund in any of the two accounts(PA or Spouse) but it's better u put d fund in d pa's account cos it's safer and it's stated.

The truth is dat some things are erroneously stated on d website or probably outdated but yet to be updated IMO. For instance, I still believe dat d question dat was deliberated upon here dat had to do with filling schedule A or something for having been denied visa before isn't well presented on d website. There are 2 questions there and I think they should ordinarily be different. D 2nd one still asks if one has been denied visa before though with other questions. I want to believe dat they actually wanted to put d question of being removed or denied entry before. But d way it's stated, one has to answer yes to d two despite only being denied visa.

In conclusion, put d fund in d PA's account and avoid d headache of it flying or not. It doesn't cost anything guyz. Abi una dey fear una spouse ni?

Hello house,

Here is my scenario, for each section I uploaded all the documents related to it. Like for POF, I merged the bank statement, bank letter, gift deed etc as a document and uploaded.

Looking at some posts here and other sites, some mentioned they merged these documents with their LOE.

Which is preferred or more effective?

I know there's no one way to do this, but your thoughts will be appreciated.

Yes, i think addition of spouse somewhat delays the process. My medical got passed after 34 days (March 6), AOR was on Jan. 31, i noticed those who submitted on the same day and in my stream passed in 29 /30 days (march 1/2). My first request letter was on March 1. I think the new trend in the last 1 month is that it is taking longer for medicals to be passed.

Na unilag o. Dem no wan gree prepare my transcript to WES. So I just wanted to ask: I have a postgraduate diploma from a UK uni that is ready to go for the ITA. should I just send that alone to WES and have it assessed? In other words, is it the number of years of the degree that counts, or the level of the degree? Cos I have IELTS at level 9 ready to go plus four years experience and my Mrs get extra points from UK masters too...unilag is the only thing holding me back. Do I really need to wait for them? Abeg make una advise your boy...

I don't have PR yet , but I am on study permit. My friend husband is doing nursing after first degree ( med lab). He is doing the 2 years RN program at York university Toronto ( will be done by August) and he got OSAP(Ontario student Assistant program) for the program. I know he did some psychology periquisite at Trent or online.

What information do you need exactly I can help ask.

It was written on cic page that if u are pharmacist and want to practise with it then u must go through PEBC. He just has a pharmacy degree but not practising. So that's the reason we are not going through PEBC.

I know all this but my husband isn't applying as a pharmacist as his NOC. Thought I said it that time. It was written on cic that pharmacy board is for those applying with *Pharmacist* as NOC.. Ie if the person would want to practise pharmacy in Canada

Iqama is a work permit that your employer applies on your behalf to work here. The employer bears all the costs of relocation etc and they become our Mahrams especially for us women.Some employers refuse to hand people over to other employers because of the costs of relocating and recruiting one person.

Therefore they sort of "close iqama" meaning you cannot resign and join another employer. You have to resign, return to your country of origin and start the process all over again.

"Transferable Iqama" simply means transferable work permit. Eg. If you come with a wife and your wife is your dependant under your "Iqama", she can find a job while in Saudi, if she decides to take another offer, she is free to do it because her "Iqama" is transferable. She didnt arrive in Saudi through any company, but through the husband.

This is somehow modern day slavery, but it doesn't affect us that much. People resign and return to their home countries and start the process all over again.

Actually I have update for the team after I raised cse to upload eca,ielts and subsequent cse for my spouses visa history.

Thankfully I got Medical passed 12th may
I also got request for additional information on travel and personal history.
Background check was stated as the next thing to be done.
I hope to submit today latest tomao.

thanks for your concern but I have passed the document check phase. My medicals have been passed. My background check has changed from In progress to Not applicable. According to info on canadavisa, I am hopefully due for ppr soon

Let me introduce myself and state my career goals briefly.

I am T. Adedeji, a Physics graduate from the University of Ibadan. My overarching career goal is to become a competent research scientist in the nearest future.

To achieve this objective, I am working towards securing a scholarship from a top Saudi Arabian university for my masters. As of now, I have these three schools in mind: King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and King Saud University.

Like most other citadels of learning in various parts of the world, part of the requirements of these Saudi Arabian universities is that prospective international students should have a good score in TOEFL and/or GRE. So I will be seating for TOEFL in few months after solving the challenge I currently face with my international passport.

In our subsequent discussions, I will be sharing my findings so far about the scholarship programs of the above-mentioned universities. I also have a number of grey areas about pursuing a masters programme in a foreign university, which I need clarification on.
