Stop displaying your ignorance in a public forum. In law practice, its either you chose to go private (where there's opportunity for fast cash) or work with the government (little cash, gradual promotion). Most southerners chose to practice privately where they can make easy cash, most northerners work with government and are gradually promoted to the position you see them today.
