Rivers State House of Assembly Service Commission is not the same thing as LGA administration. The Constitution empowers State Houses of Assembly to make laws governing LGAs.

false. It is the Governor that is greedy. He wants to bring down the House of Assembly members and LGA chairmen because he feels that they are not loyal to him but to Wike his Boss. He wants to destroy the structure that produced him so that he can become a Lord overnight. If he wants to fight, let him fight and stop complaining. there is absolutely nothing wrong with Wike asking the Perm Sec's to take a bow before Mr President. People take a bow every day to constituted authority in this Country. In Courts, Senate, House of Representatives, State Houses of Assembly etc. Besides he wanted them to appreciate what Mr President has done for them.

Hopefully, This will deter others from willfully trying to destroy the reputation of someone else's business.

SC ruled against FG withholding LG funds not states withholding LG funds. It was same Tinubu who took up the case when he was gov

that case had to do with Lagos State's creation of additional LGAs or LCDA's as the State Government called them and if the FG had the right to withhold funding to them or not. This is a different matter which the FG wants the Supreme Court to make a pronouncement on.
