Base on Mohammed Garba's ruling, someone might set up a hospital and start diagnosing patients. If you inquire to know if the person is a medical doctor, he will stand on the existing ruling to tell you that he don't need to possess a certificate before practicing as a medical doctor.
Muhammadu Buhari might be qualified to vie or assumed the position of president. But the pronouncements of the judge with respect to possession of certificate in his ruling is suicidal to the image and future of Nigeria.

Wrong, the law that allows you to practice medicine is different, just like the one allowing you to practice law, civil engineering etc. Pls don't let sentiments override you sense of reasoning.

Point of correction, Buhari not only has certificate but certificates. He lost all his credentials when some army men raided his home, arrested him in 1985 during the coup. He was released after four years. He has sworn affidavit to that effect, and that suffices.

You are the one that needs to use your brain. The court explained all that yesterday. Firstly, the records in Mr President's files with the Military shows he joined the army with his Secondary School certificate, there is also a recommendation from the school principal (at that time) to the army, classmates of his testified that they sat for the exams together and also he got an attestation from WAEC. The President had earlier sworn to an affidavit to the effect that he lost all his credentials (including of Military courses attended) when soldiers raided his home in 1985 during the coup.

If an agbero (as you call them) has been educated to secondary school certificate level, the he is academically qualified. That is what the constitution of Nigeria stipulates. So stop acting the fool.The important thing is how many people believe in the content of that persons character and leadership capacity. Mind you an agbero may also possess a BSc, but he remains an agbero.
