nenemo:I think you can do it after landing.... |
v3:They can expect faster and instant responses from people they are paying, also known as consultants. |
nairalandnewbie:If the LOE is strictly about the lack of pay slips, then it should come last. The reference letter should be first seeing as its the only document specifically requested by CIC. Bank statements highlighting salary deposit can be in the middle (with this I don't think you even need an LOE for payslips to be honest) |
luffyhaki:Bia, why are you and @newmum0615 putting sand sand inside my garri now what if I want to start polyandry ![]() |

Is a bachelors degree (at the least) not required before one can claim to be a qualified teacher? Check the NOC requirements. Its like saying you worked as an accountant before getting your accounting degree. It's not about whether he has a total of 3 years or not, the years of experience obtained before he got his degree might not be seen as valid. So even if he had worked the complete 3 years in that school, its questionable that he got employed there before he graduated. Disclaimer: I am not a CIC agent and so my explanation is based on logical reasoning, common sense and previous discussions on the threads. |
Ndkings1:Your friend might be in for a lot of trouble. Assuming he went for NYSC immediately after graduating, that means his 3 years work experience will start counting before his graduation date, correct? Thats already a red flag. |
luffyhaki:Exactly. Its annoying and sad at the same time. See how Nigerians have been singled out by WES. People need to always remember, na who them catch be thief. Others might have done it and gotten away with it, but this 'na me sharp pass' attitude doesn't pay and will not help his 'friend' in Canada. |
Ndkings1:Very soon, very very soon CIC will start insisting on bank statements showing salary deposits for the number of years claimed as work experience and they will not accept that 'paid in cash' excuse. This is because of people like your friend. CIC has their way of doing background checks and verifications. They can call, dig through posits and online profiles, see if his personal history doesn't add up, etc. Bottomline is they have their ways if if he is caught, its 5 years ban for misrepresentation straight! |

lool. The boy has added his own to the matter ![]() |
intswagga:Please search Nairaland for it. It has been posted numerous times ![]() |
o2:Med passed isn't a big deal, max 2-3 weeks you will have it. So if your background checks have been completed by then, you are already 2/3 approved ![]() |
30watts:Use inspector Moshood. I paid 4k for each and I even sent someone to collect it on my behalf. |
o2:Wawu!!! Its like you are about to break the record for shortest processing time ![]() |
Zeewirld:Jeez! As much as we don't want to encourage laziness and that repeated questions are annoying, please lets try and be merciful with our words. |
agates:Hi dear. just responded |
Newmum0615:Kpele, get well soon. You need your strength to start packing your load for landing ![]() |
happytbaby: Sisto, bun is rising nicely Thanks a lot.Coming to this thread with all the unnecessary arguments is just tiring and most times I just waka pass. Today its about airline when a simple google search will reveal the answer i.e Most/A lot of airlines will carry at 8months so long as you have a medical report, etc confirming the age of the pregnancy and that there are no medical complications. Now, if you are asking wether its 'advisable' for pregnant women to fly at 8 months thats another topic because by then most women would be tired and all that. |
