Hello house, please am filling my application now and under travel history am asked to feel travel history of myself and relatives for the last 10years. While I don't have any it would be difficult to get that of my relatives. Kindly advise

I hope you realize that the relatives they are referring to are your husband and kids above 18years (if applicable)

The options are confusing. She's not a British citizen. The options are 1. UK Brit overseas terr. 2. UK Brit Ntl Overseas 3. UK Brit Overseas Citizen 4. UK Brit protected person 5. UK British citizen 6. UK British subject

Abeg make una help me torchlight this matter. Thanks

No confusion here. The country of issue is Nigeria because its issued by the Nigerian Government. The place of issue can be Ikoyi, UK, US or even Mars sef.

You know why I said so ehn, it's fresh in my memory. A former colleague of mine had this same issue with the Festac passport office and submitted his application a day to the deadline but included an LoE with the completed and stamped application form as proof, stating that his 3 year old son's passport was undergoing processing. The passport came out 29 days after submission, they went for medicals, raised a CSE and uploaded. He's on IP2 or so now, got his notes last weekend and everything seemed okay.

This might be a way out for Dewys1 especially if his/her CRS score has been depleted since he/she got the ITA. That was the condition I stated ab initio. Where the CRS score is still healthy enough to secure another ITA soon, declining this one wouldn't hurt.

Oh great for your colleague! I guess we should never say never.

@Dewys1 , the choice is yours to make

More importantly i think is the fact that she needs the passport to do the kids' medicals, except there is another way to get the medicals done without their passport. My current dilemma, still havent gotten my baby's own.

True, I didn't even think about that....

I think you should go ahead and submit your application if/when it is obvious that the passports wouldn't be ready before submission deadline. Raise a CSE to add them when they're ready. Do not let this pus you into declining this ITA, especially if your CRS score has dropped (below 440) since you got your ITA.

She runs a huge risk of having her application refused if she submits the application without passports for her kids. That is too important a document not to have.

@Dewys1 , ultimately the choice is yours, but if your score is around/above 440 I'd say decline on the last day if the passport is still not out

please can someone help with this?

The answer should be YES, because you used a different name (maiden name + ex name) during the divorce process. I don't think it really matters that you never officially changed your name. Better to declare it and maybe explain in 2 lines in your LOE to avoid confusion as they will definitely spot the other name in the divorce certificate as you must submit that.

Typical sequence of behaviour on nairaland FSW thread (wish I could add memes)

11. By now personal experience with EE process has introduced a new meaning of patience. Anger disappears and is replaced with spirit of jump and pass (if I won't answer, I'll pass rather than say the truth and offend the asker)

Have a nice week guys. And remember, PATIENCE is the most important stakeholder in this journey.

Dear All,

Please advice...

Thanks alot.

That your friend na oversabi grin

I don't think its a problem. The new ECA does not cancel out the old one, same way having a new IELTS result with higher or lower scores doesn't nullify a previous one.

Hello All, my wife is 34(she turns 35 in Dec) and is the PA, I am 39, have a masters Electrical Engineering degree(Romania) and I have sent in my application to WES, we both have IELTS- I have a CLB 9, L8, R7, W7, S7..while my wife has(CLB cool L8, R7, S7, W6.5 . She is currently doing her MBA due for completion in Sept. She is sending her B.Sc Computer Science docs to WES this week.

What advice will you give to me, do I wait before processing any other documents? What other documents can one really process. If I am the PA, my CRS is 424, but if my wife redos her IELTS and she gets a CLB9, and her MBA comes in , she can get 455 by Sept. Any advice on what documents one should prepare

Enter the pool now with you as the PA when you get your ECA (who knows what will happen before September, the draw scores will definitely drop). If by then it hasn't dropped, your wife can retake IELTS and with her MBA she can enter the pool as the PA (is it too late for her to request for remark of her writing?)

True. Either way the notes will settle the matter.

Good Afternoon Ancestors.

She intends to make her brother of 17 years of age her dependent. The brother has done medicals and has obtained PCC even though it is not required.

Who told her she can make her brother a dependent? Are they orphans? has she legally adopted him? does she have legal documents s to show that she is his court appointed guardian?

Good morning e-fam, please someone introduced me to this group she said i need to evaluate my credential first but i don't how to go about it (Help me out with the assessment link).
I'm an Accountant with above nine years experience in the job. Thanks in anticipation

Actually, before rushing to evaluate your degree, have you tried simulating your potential score with the calculator? if its low and you need to get an additional degree (for example) it will make sense to wait until you have that first before evaluating your degree.
