The 3 wins they got especially the last 2 were more the clippers fault: it is one thing to win because you are better, it is another to win because your opponent underperforms. When you see the huge leads in both games one needs not be Einstein to understand that it was the clippers undoing.

Exactly the clippers will beat the nuggets in game 7 and everyone will be on kawhi's dick about his greatness (he's indeed great) but let's be real the clippers are better than the Nuggets and are in reality the most loaded team in the league.

A team with 5 players in double digits in the regular season, 3 all nba defenders, 2 6th man of the year off the bench, multiple snippers, one of the greats in kawhi and a former mvp candidate and current all-star in pg has too much weapon and experience to lose a game 7 vs the nuggets

I see none of that happening. Yes they took it to a game 7 and can be congratulated but it was more the clippers undoing than the Nuggets merit.

If the clippers just handle their business averagely they will win this before the 3rd quarter sef.

The lakers have been struggling with momentum in this bubble.
It took a while to get going against the Blazers and same for the rockets series.
I think 2 or 3 days rest max is best for the lakers now that they have heated up.

We have lowered that standards for what a star player should be, it seems if you're not LeBron, Durant, Giannis, curry, Harden or Westbrook nowadays you can get max dollars, play shit and get zero criticism from the media.

6ft 9 player and you can't attack the paint continuously if your shoots aren't falling and get foul calls and easy buckets.

He played elite defense that's for sure. Remember this is a player that got most his in season points from fastbreaks but the playoffs is an half court tournament basically. Last year he had Kawai then all of a sudden he is expected to lead his team seamlessly. The guy was just in the D league this is not LeBron coming out of high school knowing the hype and responsibilities he holds. It will take time but he has all the qualities to be elite. He was very poor offensively yesterday but he still had the character to take and make a shot down the stretch.

Siakam is not a mediocre player, but he's no superstar either.
