But if there is money u can do fat grafting and deposit it where u want to. It's expensive and it's only done well in the US. Apart from that accept who u are!

"Pls help me" i used samsu oil for the purpose of enjoying sex more but it turned out the other way round, it has made me less active even from the day i used it i now have weak attention. Pls help me on how i can neutralise the effect of this product on my system & get back to the way i used to be.

Samsu oil is made from a natural buhan rubber plants to manage especially erectile dysfunction .it has other uses but it is not well known for it. The good thing abt it is that it is natural does nt stay up to 4 days in the body. So by now it has left the system if it is up to four days.
I wud recommend u use Maca root by forever living product it is slow in action but it wud get u where u want to be. For a quick action, u can get a tadalafil or a sildernafil containing drug. These two drugs are for short term. But the Maca root wud be for long term and it works.

Politics / I Am Being Punished By The Powers That Be For Perceived Offences Committed Long by evanscheck(m): 11:30pm On Jun 23, 2016
Embattled former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, told the court today that he is being punished by the powers that be for the perceived offences committed long before. Speaking through his counsel, Joseph Daodu (SAN), Dasuki said he leaves everything for God almighty to judge.
“It is crystal clear that the defendant (Dasuki) is being punished by the powers that be for the perceived offences committed long before… we leave them to the Almighty God for his ultimate judgment,” he said
The former NSA said this at the hearing of an application filed by the Federal government that witnesses lined up to testify against Dasuki should be allowed to do so behind a smoked screen.
According to counsel to the Federal government, Dipo Okpeseyi (SAN), Dasuki has large loyalists across the country who may jeopardize the trial if the witnesses are allowed to testify openly.
Politics / Offer Your Explanation In Court- AGF Tells Saraki, Ekweremadu, Others by evanscheck(m): 11:23pm On Jun 23, 2016
“The attention of the attorney-general of the federation has been drawn to a press statement by the senate, signed by Senator Aliyu Sabi Abdullahi, chairman, senate committee on media and affairs, on June 19,” Malami’s statement read. The statement entitled: ‘Forgery Case, An Unconstitutional Violation of Principles of Separation of Powers, Checks and Balances’, was published in some national dailies and social media platforms. It is quite unfortunate that the senate construed move of the federal government as a coup against the legislature with a view to cause a leadership change in the national assembly. It is worthy to note here that the action of the Attorney General of the Federation can stand the test of any law since he did not act on a vacuum. He acted based on a recommendation by the Inspector General of Police (IGP) who having fully satisfied investigative procedure arising from the petition sent to the Nigerian Police by some aggrieved members of the Red Chambers of the National Assembly alleging that the affected officers altered the rules of the Senate for Dr. Bukola Saraki and Ike Ekweremadu to emerge leaders of the Eighth Senate of the National Assembly. Under the 1999 Constitution, only the Attorney General of the Federation has the powers to institute criminal proceedings. For the benefit of doubt, as stated above, there was a petition bordering on allegations of forgery against the defendants, the petition was investigated by the police and the police recommended the case for prosecution. At this point, the question is how initiation of criminal proceedings against Dr Bukola Saraki, Ike Ekweremadu, Salisu Maikasuwa and Bernard Efeturi violated the principle of separation of powers as contained in the Constitution? The action of the Attorney General of the Federation cannot obviously be said to be a coup against the National Assembly as the Senate has claimed. By preferring the charge, the accused persons are entitled to fair hearing under the law while the prosecution is obligated to prove its case against them beyond reasonable doubts. Therefore, the Attorney General of the Federation has not violated any known law in the land. Or is the Senate suggesting that its principal officers, members and staff of the National Assembly are above the law or enjoys same immunity as do the nation’s President and Governors? It is common knowledge over the years since the nation embraced democratic system of governance and backed by the current Constitution those elected officers of government who are exempted from legal encumbrances whether it is civil or criminal are known to all. It is pertinent to be reminded too, that forgery of the Senate Standing Rules cannot be described as the internal business of the National Assembly that is exclusively only in its purview. The Attorney General of the Federation cannot therefore be faulted for his decision to initiate legal actions against the accused for alleged forgery after a thorough police investigation of the issue whether there was an amendment of the Senate Standing Rules in 2015 or not. The case of Adesanya vs Senate which has been seriously touted in its press statement does not support them and they should rather take their plea and defend the action accordingly. We assure Nigerians that the Attorney General of the Federation will continue to be committed to the rule of law at all times. On this particular forgery case, we believe he should rather be commended for his foresight and political will to carry out his constitutional role to the letter and not to be vilified under any guise.

Good day!
Fungi infections are usually very difficult to treat especially when the patient is nt complaint. Complaint in the sense that u never finish d dosages of drugs given, after sometime u stop the drug inappropriately. Treating this particular condition takes time being frank let's say up to 3 months or even more.. that's for that
Focusing on the complain, systemic fungi infection comes to mind due to the nature of disappearing when drugs is given and coming back after sometime.
The medication wud involve u setting up an IV line so I wud recommend hospital for u as I don't recommend taking IV anywhere apart from the hospital. The drug of choice for this condition is ITRACONAZOLE. U wud eventually take the loading doses and then placed on tablet and creams to finish up the treatment .

Please I have a serious case and something similar to this, I was so thin and I wanted to add up a bit if flesh, so someone introduced me to xasten, so I've been taken xasten, coldliver oil and multivitamin, I take the xasten twice daily with 1mg, which means I take 4mg daily. I have done this for a complete year, though there's a difference in my body tho, and I tried to stop, but Everytime I tried to stop, it was always one war or the other, it reacts mostly on my skin, like having different kinds of skin rash, and some serious hitching in some funny areas if the body, like genitals, my penis and rashes on my face, bumps in between my fingers, each time I go back to the drugs, it changes and heals up. but right now it's high time I stopped the drugs and live my normal life, I've started seeing some stretch marks on almost every part of my body, like under my arms, my bum, and my laps, please fix or pharmacist in the building, I need help. and, as fast as I can get help. thanks alot. I'm actually planning to visit a pharmacist today though, but I also need your advice, thanks alot....

The only remedy is to get back to the xasten (dexamethasone).what u are experiencing is the withdrawal effect of steriod (dexamethasone). You wud taper the dosage for a period of 3 months.
The first month u wud take 3 mg. That means u wud have to break the tablet, the second month u wud have to take 2mg, for the last month u wud have to take 1mg (half tablet). Its only in this way u wud stop the drugs. Tanks

Hmmmmm Mr. Pharm man.... dont exceed ur boundary cos dis is prob we r havin in nigeria.... u want to b a pharm as well as a doc.... if i may ask... wats ur reason of asking her to avoid cold stuffs/weather? And mind u... long term use of steroid isnt gud except in needful.... but in asthma? I strongly disagree on long term use of steroid.... @patient.... i hav dis little question for u... but b homest.... was it a doctor dat prescribe dis in quote almost life time use of dexa cos of asthma? Or he prescribed it 4 a period of time and u decide to go ahead and purchase d drug at a nearby chemist because we r in nigeria wia u can even enter n buy any drugs witout prescription....2ndly... wen was d last time u went to d hospital on follow up? Pharmacist dont prescribe drugs please mr. Pharm... lets make nigeria work..... one love.

The reason y he/she has to avoid cold enviroment is because extreme cold environment cause blood contriction and decrease the flow of blood to the heart and lungs! For someone with asthma that is already compromised with oxygen issue. This could precipitate asthma attack. With the cold environment acting as allergen and triggering a hypersensitivity reaction.

For the use of steriods. Beacuse the benefit out. weight the risk. The patient wud be on a steriod drug with lesser side effect, with less or zero withdrawal effect. Most recommended is Prednisolone.
Yes steriods are used. For life.

Good Day Pharm.

I have symptoms consistent with low dopamine/serotonin levels. This includes, as i found and related to on this site http://mentalhealthdaily.com/2015/04/02/low-dopamine-levels-symptoms-adverse-reactions/

Attention deficits, Blunted affect, Confusion, Depersonalization, Depression, Disorganized thinking, Fatigue, Learning problems,
Poor concentration, Inattentiveness, Low libido, Memory impairment, Monotone speech, Sleepiness, Slow thinking, Social withdrawal.

Before now i haven't been able to find words that describe what's actually wrong with me. The above symptoms are but a few of what i actually go through. All this i have been experiencing since childhood and it had resulted in me not living the kind of life i would wish for.

I have actually tried a lot of stuff before now to help me improve my cognitive abilities. Just about anything that can affect my nerves or brain, any kind of stimulant, i think i have tried it. At some point early in my life i tried weed and i almost got myself killed or maimed cause i took an overdose of it (I have actually shared my story on that here on Nairaland). I ve tried Brainwave entrainment audio tapes.. it did help a lot and added some quality to my living but it didn't take me out of the pit i found my self in. I ve tried ice to the sides of the neck, i've tried hot steam to the forehead just about where i think the pituitary gland is located, garlic, colanuts, vitamin Bs, Alcohol, Cigarette, herbs and just about anything i could lay my hands on that can just affect my nerves. it really have been very weak.

In recent times I ve been taking lots of coffee. at first it was helping but now i don't know it is doing any much work. This lead me to do more findings on the internet thats where i came across dopamine and serotonin deficiency conditions and i related to virtually of of its symptoms. For the first time i was able to find one name to describe the ailment i had been suffering from all my life. The site also stated that dopamine and serotonin supplements are used in their treatments.

Can i get these supplements here in Nigeria? I am really in need of them. Thanks in advance.

Oops, Am sorry for what u are going through. The good thing is that there is solution at the end of the tunnel. Let me go straight to the point. I would advise u see a doctor first, u would place on some medications which u would use along side with the supplement. The good news is that u would stop the drugs and then continue with the supplement for life. I want u to be in a health care home because u alone can't handle the side effect that comes with the drugs. Stay blessed!

Your genotype being AC makes u special becos seeing someone with this genetic makeup is rare that's why u react to some drugs differently and normal dosages seem like overdose! The truth is till date no one has come up to see this is d particular reason why it is like dat! But the only good thing abt ur genotype is that u don't easily fall sick! Take that as a consolation. If I have any more info I wud send it to u. Stay blessed
