1. And sometimes the flow wud be heavy, oda times it wud be light (that was nt included). dis is a very detailed and observed history. Be as it may, test are required at the point to fully understand the issue. Microbial sensitivity test is required. Which wen ruled out wud lead to other test. But first thing first. Which is MCS. But from my years of practice I know it shud be a bacteria infection. Thanks

I use Skineal cream which clears it and immediately I stopped it resurface.

The reason y u use skineal and it goes and come back is that u are are stopping the skineal cream wrongly. Skineal has a lot of steriod in it and it also has a withdrawal characteristics of returning back wat u have treated or even worst (that the best way I can explain it here).if u choose to use skineal then use it, but when u want to stop it u taper it down to alternate usage.
You can also add Itraconazole to the treatment. Twice a day dosing wud be appropriate
Thanks

you are doing a great job, pls which drugs can I take to cure pile?

Piles (haemorrhoids) are swellings that can occur inside and around the back passage (anus) and the anal canal.
Treatment to me is more of life style modification than drugs except on emergency and serious swelling
Diet modification
Eat plenty of fibre
Drink a lot of water
Take a lot of fibre supplement
Avoid painkiller with codiene derivative. There cause constipation
Go to toilet as soon as u feel the urge. Extending the time for emptying may lead to a harder and stronger stool.

Drugs.
A good cream that has steriod, anaesthetic and pain relieving effect wud be good. To take care of the itching, swelling and discomfort felt in the anal area.
There cud be room for suppository.u insert it in ur anus at night wen u less active and u wash it off in the morning.

Surgery
A situation where there is already a distension of the anal membrane out of the anus. It wud require a quick surgery to fold it in before u start the drugs.
Thanks.

Hello, pls i av pcos&high prolactin. Thou am on vit b6&folic acid. Pls can i take letrozole to induce ovulation. Am less dan 30. am married

Letrozole is used in the early management of breast cancer after consecutive use of tamoxifen. Letrozole help to decrease estrogen production which is good in reducing the growth of cancerous cell. Reducing the production of estrogen wud definately lead to unhindered production of progesterone which wud aid ovulation. This is an unlicensed use. They maybe side effects. Don't u think use clomifene citrate wud be a safer one to use. With less side effects. That is if u have nt used it for more than 2 cycles before?

Politics / Gov Ikpeazu Petitions NJC, CJN; Alleges ‘irreparable Injustice’ Read More At: H by evanscheck(m): 10:52am On Jul 13, 2016
The embattled Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has called on the Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Mahmud Mohammed, and the National Judicial Council, NJC, to investigate what he described as “irreparable injustice” meted on him by Justice Okon Abang of the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court. Governor Okezie Ikpeazu & Justice Okon Abang In a letter to CJN and NJC, Governor Ikpeazu said that Justice Abang’s acts of abuse of office and denial of justice has thrown Abia State into turmoil, adding that there was grave political uncertainty and total breakdown of law and order in the state. He, therefore, called on NJC to investigate and take necessary disciplinary action against Justice Abang. The letter, entitled Abuse of Judicial Power and Injustice Meted to Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu by Hon. Justice Okon Abang of the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court, signed by one of his lawyers, Mr. Emeka Eze read in part: “I am one of the legal counsel engaged by Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu in the prosecution of the above matter and have his instructions to bring to your attention and that of the esteemed members of the National Judicial Council the irreparable injustice meted to him by Hon. Justice Okon Abang. “On June 27, Hon. Justice Okon Abang delivered oral judgment in the said suit with a pronouncement in court that copies of the judgment will be made available to parties within seven days. “A few hours after delivery of the judgment, we sent formal requests for the written copies of the judgments, filed a notice of appeal and an application for stay of execution of the orders of the court. “The filed copies of the notice of appeal and applications for stay of execution were duly served on all parties, including INEC, on the same day. “On receipt of our notice of appeal and application to stay execution of the orders of the court, Justice Abang surreptitiously and without our knowledge enrolled a seven-paged order signed by him and delivered same to the plaintiff to enable him enforce the orders contained in his enrolled judgment, thereby truncating the petitioner’s rights to appeal against the judgment. “I make bold to state, with due respect, that the enrolled order signed by Justice Abang, apart from being prepared without a written judgment, did not emanate from the reliefs being sought by the plaintiff in the matter, but intended solely to remove our client from office and replace him with the plaintiff, Uche Ogah. “It is important to state here that despite Justice Abang’s zeal in enrolling his order for enforcement, he has up till this moment as we write (which is four clear days after delivery of the judgment) refused to release the court file to the registry of the Federal High Court for compilation of records and has not made available signed copies of the judgment to us despite repeated demands.”

Politics / Things APC And PDP Supporters Have In Common by evanscheck(m): 10:31am On Jul 13, 2016
Despite how our APC and PDP supporters like to make it seem like they are any “different” from each other, they actually share LOTS of similarities. Let’s point them out, shall we?

1) Their comments are often half thought: The minute a thread that has Buhari, APC or PDP in it’s title created, many of their supporters rush in to either “book space” or drop some irrelevant comment that has NOTHING to do with the topic. Even if the op is trying to make some sense or trying to point out the incompetence of our leaders, they will rush to defend or abuse the op instead of the topic. The result of this is unnecessary bantering that leads nowhere and whatever message was trying to be delivered never gets addressed.

2) They all support and defend corruption and corrupt leaders: This is the most interesting part of it all. Despite the fact that PDP basically shared all of Nigeria’s funds among themselves, were unable to put adequate infrastructure in place, have members who have been “accused” of several crimes etc you will still find several people supporting and even hoping of voting them back into power if given the chance. As long as the person is from their tribe or state, they offer their unwavering support.

APC supporters feel everyone in PDP are all corrupt. That is until they join APC. Funny enough, most APC politicians looted served under PDP during the 16 years of one of the world’s greatest looting in the history of democracy. To APC members, whoever decamps become an automatic saint and does not deserve to be probed.

3) They benefit nothing for their efforts: There are several rumors that most of these supporters get paid to post in support of some particular officers. However, we still have not heard any of our nairaland politics section e-warriors getting any political appointment. If there any, I personally have not heard of them.

4) They offer no solution to Nigeria’s problems: And most of them are actually what is wrong with Nigeria. Their comments are based on emotional, tribalistic and ignorant premises. They support the same people who have robbed them blind and obviously have not heard Femi Kuti’s hit, “Dem bobo!”

5) Some of the people who support these politicians do not even live in Nigeria: They have access to 24 hour electricity, cheap data plans, a working infrastructure, don chop belleful so they think it is alright to say whatever they like. Afterall, they do not stand on fuel queues, do not have to bribe the police before they can lay a complaint, do not have to consult Sango, Ifa or the holy spirit before going to the market or deal with prices of products that have risen like ijebu garri

6) The rest are stuck in the situation: The rest of you who all think they have learnt the new data cheat still have to queue at your neighbor’s house or at the nearest barbing salon or at a restaurant to charge your devices after enjoying a meal of tomatoless concoction jollof rice with HOT water(no light na). Kontunu

7) They are all insignificant in the eyes of the politicians they support: Before elections, politicians will promise heaven, take photos with the “masses”, give promises and then right after the elections will ban these same people from doing business, cancel their promises or develop amnesia about them. To them, these masses are only standing in the way of their loot and the overall well being of their kids who will benefit from these looted funds.

The social media has been a blessing to Nigerian politicians. They now have access to uneducated youths incapable of rational thinking who support them for NO REASON! They loot funds, ignore projects, promise and cancel promises and STILL HAVE youths(who are victims of their nonchalance) who support and will die for them. Beautiful

Hello pharm, God bless u. For the good work u re doing here. In going through a fertility treatment right now and my doc prescribed clomid as one of the medications. Pls what shud I expect from taking dis drugs and what is its side effect? Can I take it with other drugs. Pls help a sister.

These are the kind of questions I like!
Simply put clomid is used to stimulate ovulation. Am sure there are other adjuct u can take along side such as vitamin E, folic acid.
The side effect of these drugs are expected cos it's hormonal. It may cause blur vision, stomach upset, rapid weight gain due to appetite stimulation, bloating, little urination. Note these are just established side effect of the drug, u may be taking the drug and u may nt experience it so u do as the doc said. Take it and if u notice any DISCOMFORTING side effect, ofcos u can report back to ur doctor. Tanxs
