Is this a thread on car industry or military.
The reason i stressed our automobile advancement was because the manufacturing of civilian cars and trucks is the basis that grant our engineers the additional expertise needed to propel our military technology, particularly in the area of producing Tanks,MRAPs,AFVs,and other combat logistics.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by EVarn(m): 7:07pm On Mar 23, 2015
andrewza:
How do you get that. I mean it range with a useful combat load is a joke.
there is no use limping around with a heavy and sluggish aircraft like the gripen, when you could achieve superior range and maneoverability with a F7.

andrewza:
Pakistan is miles ahead of Nigeria.
depends on what you mean by 'miles'.we are building cars, trucks, engines, robots and satellites, tell me how many of these pakistan has built so far?.i wont deny that they far outrank us in the field of military technology, but we are also king in our own lane.

MikeCZAR:
Just like pigeons at night and during bad weather you fighters go to their nests aka hangers.

They can't be deployed in a contested air space, only against rebels under guard of the hot African sun are your fighters able to fight.
the F7 can penetrate and withdraw from an airspace in total lockdown at half the time it takes a a fully armed gripen.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by EVarn(m):
andrewza:
Same as the lancer.
F7 has even more capabilities than the lancer, only few parameters such as lighter weight, buoy, wider precision error margin, less modern general avionics and restricted flight range disqualifies it from being considered a full fledged 4th generation combat aircraft.

We kept the parts though and the we still do do research in the field of nuclear science.
so are we,we also do extensive researchs.in 2013,russia offered us training and technology transfer in the area of nuclear bioscience.in 2014,iran offered us advance training on nuclear physics and biotechnology.
About 5 of our universities have nuclear training and experimentation facilities, with many more offering nuclear physics as special courses.

MikeCZAR:
Nigeria doesn't have resources, the know how and whole lot of things.

You're still struggling with vehicle. You think WMD(s) are primary school water bottle rocket projects?
pakistan is struggling to even put together a train engine, yet they have a sizable salvo of radioactive missiles, what does that tell you?,if we place priority on WMDs,within a year,we will have a nuclear programme running at almost supersonic capacity.

You dont have the equipment or know how ti do so
Why do you think the americans are so concerned a out a mere 200kg of weapons grade uranium we have?
Because its rare and nearly impossible to egt for anyone outside of the major powers
North korea or iran will offer expertise and equipment needed to amass a voltex of nuclear warheads in a heartbeat,if we are willing to procure{for a price of course}.we have raw, high grade uranium and other paraplasmic radioactive fossils, they have the necessary equipments; its simply a matter of mutual interest.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by EVarn(m): 6:10pm On Mar 23, 2015
andrewza:
We have the means to enriching and have weapons grade in stock. Do you have either.
what means do you have to enrich nuclear fossils?,last time i checked,SA dismantled all nuclear armament after apartheid.

And what about the mig 21 lancer.
http://defense-update.com/news/lancer.htm
What about it?
The F7 has almost all the features present in the MiG 21 and more.
The F7 can operate in all weather, with a range of 38km.
The F7 is light and easily maneoverable at adverse wind, null altitude.

patches689:
Are you serious?

Plutonium and uranium from the ground is fvck all
The uranium deposits present in Nigeria is very high grade and can be easily enriched and decayed to produce highly radioactive nuclear warheads.
Why do you think everyone wants to invade Nigeria?
Foreign Affairs › Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by EVarn(m): 5:39pm On Mar 23, 2015
andrewza:
Any body who tries to compare the F7 to any thing but a mig 21 is a fool.
really?,an airguard that has the capacity to carry, sustain and discharge most of the existing modern aerial missiles is worth comparing to any other fighter jet available on global market.
The F7 is a resilient dragon and can be upgraded to enhance operational capacity, performing many of the functions of some 4th generation fighter jets.

THAT IS FOR NIGERIYOOO, ONLY ONE OF IT AT THE CENTER OF ABUJA WILL BRING THE WHOLE OF NIGERIA TO A STAND STILL AND RUN TO WASHINGTON FOR HELP.
Nigeria has the ability to assemble a nuclear weapon if it becomes a last resort,do not forget that Nigeria sits on 7% of the world's total uranium reserve.
Nigeria is a neutral state, therefore we are able to procure the facility needed to convert raw uranium, plutonium and thorium into a deadly salvo of solidified doom.
Whenever we need to go nuclear,we have the resources to do so.

Politics › Re: Transcribed Version Of US President's Message To Nigerians On The Elections by EVarn(m): 4:29pm On Mar 23, 2015
That baseless piece of pretentious ranting by obama is a slap in the face of our leadership and shows america's disrespect for Nigeria's sensibilities. It is extremely provocative and outrightly preposterous for obama to release a video where he practically begins to tell Nigerians what to do and how to vote,as if we need to be told how to engage in our civic duty of voting.
Can he do that to Russia or even Venezuela?
Does this mean that if you dont possess an impressive array of nuclear weapons, you wouldnt be accorded the respect you deserve?
This video{and statement} is highly offensive, irresponsible and insensitive. It should be banned from the Nigerian cyberspace, and I urge the Nigerian government to condemn this video in its entirety.
Politics › Re: FG To Deploy Yoruba Teachers To Brazil by EVarn(m): 3:11pm On Mar 21, 2015
This is a splendid development,Nigeria should strive to spread the knowledge and education of our indigenous languages to strategic black countries all the world in the next century, countries like brazil,argentina,benin,ghana,togo,mali,niger,chad,cameroon,trinidad....etc who have nigerian language speaking populations could be brought closer under our leadership through the propagation of our languages.
English and French are global communication languages used in many countries, their is absolutely nothing wrong for us to add yoruba, igbo and hausa as global dialects.

To God be the glory.
Once BH is decimated, General Minimah and IGP should focus on foriegn mercenaries who masquerade as Fulani herdsmen. Going by their area of operation ranging from Benue - Kogi - Plateau - Southern Kaduna - Taraba and now slowly spreading to the east, we may be dealing with over 10000 fighters armed with AK 47.

The battle must now move to the middle belt.

#Neveragain
The next greatest threat to national security, sovereignity and federal stability is MASSOB,the resurrection of Biafra,Nigeria must never allow the rising sun to ascend.
After that,we must robustly thrash out the armed mercenaries masquerading as fulani herdmen,we must squash them before they cause a full blown national disaster.
Also,we must take note of our francophone neighbours{especially chad},they must be detered from ever formenting territorial ambition.we should restrict france's hold on africa.
Countries like South Africa,Morocco and Libya could also pose future threat.

ozoigbondu:
Does this mean chad are liars? Are chad bokoharam as suggested by a nairalander? So the chadian incomptent army has been decieving us all along. This country has been dishing out propaganda no wonder they left to cammeron
No matter what happens our millitary will crush both boko haram and chadian forces if they are backing that evil sect.
last month, chadian fighter jets flown by ukrainian merceneries bombed a civilian target in niger, killing 33 innocent civilians.
the same last month, boko haram fighters broke through chadian formation in gamboru, invaded the cameroonian town of fotokol, killing 160 civilians and injuring 364 people.
these trend of events arouses suspicion as to the real motives of chadian forces in cameroon and niger.
