These dogs have their grade/ratings... They are all bred for different purposes. When I say a pitbull will murder those two dogs I wasn't exaggerating.

Where is ur location? Local dogs price varies from 500-3000 depending on who is selling, some mixed local pups are sold from 5-10k. So make ur choice

So my caucasian puppies are 3 weeks old today. Hurray!!!. tried the weaning process yesterday by giving them a mixture of cerelac and complan in a flat saucer but they just messed everywhere up (I guess they are not ready). tried today again still no luck. So I just stick to bottle feeding.

First thing, to avoid people making u feel bad in d future, Ur dog looks likely to be a Gsd/rott mix. So don't be too forward to call it a rott in d future.
As for Ur dog nt wanting to walk on leash, it is most likely dt Ur pup is a shy or weak nerve dog ND isn't used to leash. For such dogs u ve to be patient wit Dem, u can start by chaining d dog, let it get used to walking on its own while d chain is on its neck, ND den gradually hold d chain, take a piece of meat or anitin d dog likes ND walk far from it while holding d chain, ND call d pup to come to u, do dis continously, wen it comes, give it d meat, repeat, ND occasionally dnt give d dog d meat, wen it comes, walk further ND call again, ND finally hold d piece of meat close to d pup ND walk without giving it, d pup will follow without realising it's on chain, continue ND in no time d pup will get use to it.
It may take a wk or two depending on d pup

Am sure d dog is a good Caucasian, ND she looks well fed, bt she just look unusual cos of d absence of hair, there are a number of reasons y d hair could ve been shaved of like tick infestation, matted hair which is common in caucs if nt well groomed, skin infection, or could be ND injury dt needed to be treated by shaving it off.
It's a good thing d owner has realized he can't take care of d dog ND wanna let her go,
I do ve a few other questions concerning d dog tho bt since am nt d one purchasing, dere will be no need

There is no use of a dog dt barks at strangers bt goes to d backyard, u do d socialization at dis young age so she gets used to humans, ND as she mature's, u can now start keeping her away from strangers ND do wateva alert/guard dog training u want

There is a seasonal movie called "humans" dis issue abt sex robot has already been shown dere, but diz robots were nt Jst for sex, u could get Dem as house helps, escorts, work in an organization ND so on, one could get one ND let it do his or her work. Lemme just tell u truth, this pup is cool ND unlike our normal local dog, I ve seen a few like dis here in jos ND around d country, it's a very neat terrier looking local dog pup, but d freshness mks me feel it's a mix

There can't be good without evil, there has to be a balance. One cannot clasify something as being good if he has no idea Wat a bad or evil thing looks ND feel like.

God continues to give us a chance, which is y he can't kill d devil, the devil is still his own creation. Man kind might still do evil even in d absence of d devil.
Humans have found a way to blame d devil for every single bad thing dey do, wen dey should actually blame demselves.
