The first son of late Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, Emeka Ojukwu (Jr), has vindicated President Muhammadu Buhari on his reported discussions with his late father on the unity and indivisibility of Nigeria. Mr. Ojukwu told journalists on Wednesday in Awka Anambra State, that Mr. Buhari’s position about he (Buhari) and his late father’s discussion was right. The son to late Ikemba Nnewi told journalists that he never granted any media interview or posted any message on social media to disclaim Mr. Buhari’s discussions with his father. “My late father actually held the said meeting with Buhari before his demise and all that Buhari said in his nationwide broadcast were true. “It has been brought to my attention that there is an article making the rounds on social media attributed to me refuting the remarks of Mr. President concerning his relationship and discussions with my late father. “Let me state the following categorically; firstly, that I made no such comments to anybody, and secondly that I am aware that His Excellency’s comments were indeed factual,” he said. Mr. Ojukwu said he has observed a disturbing trend in the social media whereby fake news is attributed to people on the social media. According to him, “I don’t know who is behind this report attributed to me and what their motivation might be, any time I feel to comment on any matter, I do so publicly and not via some anonymous email’’. Ojukwu Jr. urged members of the public to discountenance the stories in the social media or any media platform whatsoever credited to him. He warned that such malicious and damaging publications would not be taken lightly should he track the source. He called on Mr. Buhari not to take such comments serious as it smacks of gutter and yellow media reportage aimed at overheating the polity. President Buhari in his nationwide broadcast on Monday made reference to the meeting he had with the late warlord. “In 2003 after I joined partisan politics, the late Chief Emeka Ojukwu came and stayed as my guest in my hometown Daura. Over two days we discussed in great depth till late into the night and analysed the problems of Nigeria. We both came to the conclusion that the country must remain one and united. “Nigeria’s unity is settled and not negotiable. We shall not allow irresponsible elements to start trouble and when things get bad they run away and saddle others with the responsibility of bringing back order, if necessary with their blood,” Mr. Buhari said. http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/more-news/241365-ojukwus-son-speaks-true-father-met-discussed-nigeria-buhari.html |

uchman48:But the secessionist and separatist activities of MASSOB, IPOB and the incessant social media hate campaign by their followers has long preceded the call from the so called Arewa Youths na. |
THE DSS: PRESS RELEASE The Department of State Services (DSS) has watched with keen interest the disturbing trend desperate and mischievous elements have tended to steer the ship of our nationhood to calamity and irretrievable destruction. Only recently, the Arewa Youths in a press statement called for the relocation of the Igbos from the North. Unfortunately, this development has been followed by a release from an unknown source styled, Niger Delta Watchdogs, threatening all Northerners to quit Niger Delta region. Meanwhile, another group went to the extent of harvesting from the internet, a horrific accident scene, for the purpose of making it look like a site of massacre of Igbo ethnic group by Northern youths. However, the Service has been able to establish that the purported murder scene being depicted as a field of massacre was a high casualty accident scene which occurred along Owo-Akure road, Ondo State, on 3rdMarch, 2016. Those involved in these misleading and despicable acts have since been warned to desist from anything capable of causing disaffection and stoking nationwide tensions. 2. Consequently, the Service, in line with its statutory mandate of ensuring the internal security of the Country, wishes to inform the public that it will stop at nothing to deploy all resources at its disposal to identify and deal with all those culpable, as well as maintain peace and order in every length and breadth of the Nation. 3. To this effect, it warns, in very clear terms, all those who are charting the course of disunity among Nigerians to desist from their divisive actions. The Service is also not oblivious of the efforts of some miscreants to ignite fear and cause ethnic tensions across the country. It strongly condemns in its entirety the call for relocation of anyone to places against their wishes. Such relocation order is not only illegal, but it is strongly viewed to be against the spirit of our Constitution which allows for freedoms of movement and association among others. 4. The DSS, therefore, frowns at the tendency some ethnic chauvinists easily and cheaply resort to hate speeches, misinformation and total manipulation of information especially on the social media simply to fan the embers of discord and subvert the efforts of government in implementing its policies for the good of everyone. 5. Well-meaning and law abiding citizens and residents are enjoined to disregard persuasions by these tribal jingoists to make our beloved country a theatre of the absurd and bloodletting. It is time for us, Nigerians, to show our humanness and patriotism which have been our defining strength as one united indivisible nation. The Service has already commenced a detailed investigation to get the perpetrators of these hate campaigns as well as their sponsors. At the appropriate time all those involved in these condemnable acts will be unmasked and decisively dealt with in line with the laws of the land. 6. The Service wants to reassure the entire populace that it will not leave any stone unturned to ensure that those who are bent on causing a breakdown of law and order are not spared. Meanwhile, anyone with useful information is also encouraged to volunteer same to the Service or the nearest security agency/formation for prompt action. Retired Assistant Inspector General of Police, Ambrose Aisabo has attributed the recent ultimatum given by some northern youths to Igbos to vacate their land to the continuous agitation and call for secession by some Igbo groups in the country. He said the recent sit-at-home observed in the south-east as ordered by Biafran agitators should not have been allowed to happen, noting that government should have moved against those who gave the order. Speaking with Daily Trust, the former AIG and public affairs commentator said the Igbo youths instigated their northern counterparts to give the ultimatum, saying, “It takes two to tango”. However, the security expert observed that the northern youths over-reacted by the ultimatum because not only Igbos stay in the South East. He also said those beating the drums of war failed to realize that no country ever survives two civil wars. He specifically advised the Igbo agitators to stop the ceaseless calls for recession especially when their kinsmen and women are all over the country with their investments which took them years to garner. “One thing I know is that apart from Igbos and the north, no country can survive two civil wars. Igbos are living in the glass house and throwing stones”, he said. While government should rein in any group of people beating the drums of war, the ex-AIG stressed the need for government to hearken to the call for restructuring to reduce the attraction for power especially at the centre. He added, “No Nigerian is praying for disintegration. Anyone praying for Nigeria to break up, the loss would be too much. Let those IPOP, MASSOB stop beating the drums of war because no country survives two civil wars because once it happens, you don’t know when and where it would end”. Aisabo commended the Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo for his meeting with leaders of different ethnic groups in the country, described the move as a confidence building measure to calm sprayed nerves. “The meeting is a step in the right direction, a proactive measure and confidence building mechanism, meeting different zones in the country and political groups because the way things are going, you don’t know what would happen. And it appears majority of Nigerians are supporting this restructuring, restructure the country so that the centre would no longer be too attractive for anybody”, he said. https://www.dailytrust.com.ng/news/general/why-northern-youths-gave-ultimatum-to-igbos-ex-aig/201970.html |
Abuja – The suspended former Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Appropriation, Rep. Abdulmumin Jibrin, has been invited by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). JIBRIN Jibrin’s invitation is based on his allegations on budget padding against the leadership of the House and to answer questions concerning money looted through padding in the 2016 budget. The EFCC’s letter of invitation to Jibrin dated June 9 was signed by the acting Head of Extractive Industry Grid Section, Mr Michael Wetkas. It said: “The commission has commenced investigation into the petition of corrupt practices and abuses of office reported on 1st August, 2016, by Hammart and Co. (Tafida Chambers) on your behalf against Hon. Yakubu Dogara, Hon. Yussuf Lasun, Hon. Alhassan Doguwa, Hon. Leonard Ogor and others. “In furtherance of the investigation and due to unfolding findings, it has become imperative to request that you attend another interview with the team. “Through Ibrahim Ahmed on 13th June 2017 at the 3rd floor Block A, No.5 Fomelu street, off Adetokumbo Ademola Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja, at 10 a.m. to clarify some issues to enable us conclude investigation”. Jibrin in a statement on Monday in Abuja confirmed receipt of the letter. He said: “Today, I received invitation from the EFCC for another interview to clarify some issues to enable the commission conclude investigation on my petition against some principal officers of the House on 2016 budget fraud, corruption and abuse of office. “This is a welcome development as it is coming at a time that many Nigerians have lost hope that the outcome of my petition will not see the light of the day. “I have severally maintained that I have full confidence in the EFCC under the Chairmanship of Ibrahim Magu. “I am also aware that the EFCC have been investigating the petition I submitted and far reaching discoveries were made. “It is also noteworthy that this invitation is coming at a time that some revelations were made last week. “The revelations with details of how the Minority Leader of the House, Leo Ogor, used his company where he is the signatory to the accounts to execute constituency project contracts completely against the laws of our land. “It is however worrisome that in his response, Ogor admitted the offence and even boosted that there is nothing wrong in what he did as quoted by the nation’s newspaper. “Let me state emphatically clear that any Member or Senator who used his company or companies with links to him to execute constituency project contracts, whether such contracts are executed or not has committed an offence. “Either way you look at it, he can be prosecuted on charges of corruption or abuse of office. “The case of Leo Ogor is same or even worst than that of Babachir Lawal yet the entire National Assembly has maintained an embarrassing silence. “Is my boss, Senate President and Chairman of National Assembly, Sen. Bukola Saraki aware of this? “In due course I will expose a lot of other issues in the 2017 budget that will shock Nigerians whether the authority decides to act on it or not.” Read more at: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2017/06/budget-padding-allegations-efcc-invites-jibrin/ |

Several police officers are feared to have been killed Tuesday night after suspected officials of the Nigerian Navy stormed a police division in Calabar, southern Nigeria. Witnesses told PREMIUM TIMES the attack, which began shortly after 8:30 p.m., was still underway as at 10:19 p.m. at Akim Divisional Headquarters. “The police station is still burning as we speak,” a horrified witness told PREMIUM TIMES. Naval spokesperson, Suleiman Dahun, told PREMIUM TIMES he wasn’t aware of the development as at 10:26 p.m., promising to revert after his findings. Police spokesperson, Jimoh Moshood, could not be reached for comments Tuesday night. Sources said the unrest was a continuation of an initial skirmish between a police traffic officer and a naval officer at a traffic light near the Calabar Stadium along the Airport Road on Tuesday afternoon. “Some naval officers ran the red light and police traffic officers intervened, but rather than listen, they descended on the policemen and beat them up,” a witness said. “This was around 5 p.m.” “Police officers now called for back up and and the Navy also called for reinforcement and they took over the road leading to the airport. “But the Navy Commander and police commissioner in the state intervened and the two sides backed down,” the witness said. “However, around 8:00 p.m., when everyone thought the matter had been resolved, naval officers descended on Akim Police Station and started shooting and burnt down the facility. “We confirmed three bodies but we feared there are more,” the witness said. The witness also accused the naval officers of blocking fire fighters from extinguishing the inferno set at the police station. Northerners betrayed Jonathan for not rigging election for him. |
GEJ should maintain his golden silence or risk his dirty dossier being brought to the fore. It would be foolish to think that PMB doesn't know that all the monies traced to Patience belonged to him. |
Kazrem:Thanks man. I did that and see a screenshot of the reply I got. But that's erroneous as the RRR was definitely generated from my portal and nowhere else. I generated it myself. I guess my only option is to do as they direct.

When Jenna Cook went back to China at the age of 20 to search for her birth parents, she knew she was unlikely to succeed. What she didn't expect was that she would meet dozens of families who desperately hoped she was their lost child. Near a busy bus station in the Chinese city of Wuhan, on 24 March 1992, someone left a baby to be found. It's quite likely that they watched and waited from a safe distance until the girl was spotted. She was picked up and taken to the Wuhan Children Welfare House, close by. There she was given a name, Xia Huasi, meaning "China's", and assigned a birth date chosen at random by the director of the home. China's one-child policy meant that families faced heavy fines for having too many children. But it was also - and still is - illegal to give up unwanted children. There was no formal adoption process. But just days later China passed a law allowing foreign nationals to adopt, and at the end of June an American primary school teacher, Margaret Cook, came to collect Xia Huasi. She renamed her Jenna and took her home to Massachusetts. Jenna was one of the first wave of about 200 Chinese babies to go to American families. Many others followed - an estimated 80,000, mostly girls, have now gone to live in the US, and an additional 40,000 to the Netherlands, Spain and the UK. Jenna always knew that she was adopted. "We would talk about adoption just like we would talk about what's for dinner. It never felt like something that was a big deal," she says. Nevertheless, she sometimes wondered where she came from. "Even just looking at your own belly button, you think to yourself: 'Oh, I used to be attached to another human being. That's the body I came from, but who is that? Does that person even really exist?' It all seems so abstract. It sometimes just feels like you appeared on the planet. "Most people are just born into the families they're born into and they never think twice about it. Whereas for adopted people there is always this possibility of another life."

Gotv uses terrestrial signal and must be used with the supplied antenna. They don't even have combo receivers unlike Startimes. |
Osarum:Is it satellite maintenance service you are doing or selling decoders? Be specific pls. From what you write it means that you sell a magic decoder that can end all satellite problems across all the satellites you listed. That'll be preposterous to say the list. |
Your situation is really pathetic and you must take it serious. Intimacy with the right opposite sex is sweet, a morale booster and support. Behind most successful men are good women. You can start with a good cleanser to purge your tummy of excess sugar, oil and free your arteries. You also need to start exercising your body regularly. That helps to free the joints and keep your heart and arteries healthy. Erection is all about blood circulation. A little garlic in your diet could also help in that direction. But I seriously advice you to halt maturation as experts listed poorly and persistently administered maturation as a cause of impotency/premature ejaculation. I could have recommend a good tradomedical practitioner that has a good cleanser which I periodically use to ginger myself. You must be serious as your condition has the potential to cause you embarrassment, could affect your self esteem and may deny you some leadership positions. In my place an impotent man cannot marry, cannot be a leader or an imam. May you be relieved of your ailment but you must stop masturbation. |
