The program will not answer all the prayers positively. Some will be Yes while other No. This will save time for God and we human, in the sense that we dnt have wait for a long time for a respond from God.

Any idea on how to make more efficient?

Imagine God installing auto respond in heaven for your prayers, as in once you say amen to your prayer you will get a respond if your prayer is answered or rejected. As an IT guy im writting a proposal to God on this Idea, i will design it free of charge for God. so as anyone that gets a positive respond to his/her prayer will be charged some % of his/her request.

To this planed proposal, i need coders urgently.

I never heard a fool talk that way. Your price was too cheap for such a big project, that i don't believe you could deliver. And your home page is not impressive at all. A portal with much modules needs an experienced develop. If you cares to know, i got a better guy, believe it or not he did it for free. And i won the project.
