Probz:
Lecture me on what vegetables to use when you stop putting nutmeg and paprika in the same pot as ogiri and onugbu. those spices are what balance the bitterness and make it sweet ok Your rice is dry and theres one skinny tin der in the name of meet and you say the well-cooked and aromatic rice I made is not the best |

Food › Nigerian Yam Porridge by ewa26(op): 1:57am On Apr 14, 2017 |
Ingredients: yam, shikin, some uziza, cinnamon for dat unique continental aroma, nutmeg, parsley and some palm oil.
1. Boil d yam with water that just on the same level as the rice. 2, boil Orobo chicken with 4 maggi, some salt to taste and thyme. 3. Mix the yam with enough palm oil to give it appetising look and leave to boil for 7 minutes. Add seasonings, uziza leaves, parsley, simmer and serve separately with chicken,
Reason I dey use parsley is because I didn't have d access to amaranth or even ugu, parsley is similar to scent leave and doesn't overpower the natural taste. Una could also put basil ok |
