FoodNigerian Yam Porridge by ewa26(op): 1:57am On Apr 14, 2017
Ingredients: yam, shikin, some uziza, cinnamon for dat unique continental aroma, nutmeg, parsley and some palm oil.

1. Boil d yam with water that just on the same level as the rice.
2, boil Orobo chicken with 4 maggi, some salt to taste and thyme.
3. Mix the yam with enough palm oil to give it appetising look and leave to boil for 7 minutes. Add seasonings, uziza leaves, parsley, simmer and serve separately with chicken,

Reason I dey use parsley is because I didn't have d access to amaranth or even ugu, parsley is similar to scent leave and doesn't overpower the natural taste. Una could also put basil ok
