Imo State people like their rice deep red-pinkish in colour. They used to use palm oil in place of groundnut oil to cook it back in the day. That’s it.

CultureRe: Ohanaeze Ndigbo Sanction Woman For Wearing Trousers To Meeting by ewa26: 2:07pm On Mar 05, 2018
Obi1kenobi:
What does that have to do with anything? My father wore wrappers around the house when I was growing up, though he prefers shorts these days. My grandfather wore wrappers. Infact, the fact that people have started discarding wrappers doesn't favour your argument, because what it means is that you have adopted a more Westernized culture to be more "modern". Igbo men and many South-South and Middle Belt groups have been wearing wrappers for generations, but have incorporated more trousers to their modern attire. But it is women wearing trousers that is your business, abi?
No hon I agree that men should wear wrappers and there should not be one rule for men one rule for women, am on you side hun

erm did your dad or grandpa ever wear shimi under d wrapper?
CultureRe: Ohanaeze Ndigbo Sanction Woman For Wearing Trousers To Meeting by ewa26: 1:33pm On Mar 05, 2018
Obi1kenobi:
I don't know what Igbo men wear underneath their wrapper, and it's none of my business. Why would I care what my fellow man is wearing as his undies? grin So when we have meetings, people should start inspecting the underwear of attendees? Do you have any point at all?
Why not ban the Igbo men entirely from wearing wrappers. Afterall, na woman cloth be dat, abi?
Ok how common is it for ibo men to wear wrapper huh More so under the age of 40
CultureRe: Ohanaeze Ndigbo Sanction Woman For Wearing Trousers To Meeting by ewa26: 1:26pm On Mar 05, 2018
More to the point is it common huh
CultureRe: Ohanaeze Ndigbo Sanction Woman For Wearing Trousers To Meeting by ewa26: 1:24pm On Mar 05, 2018
Obi1kenobi:
Because it is sexist stupidity, imposing standards on women that are not applicable to men in order to put women in their place.

If you're banning women from wearing trousers, there has to be a practical reason. No man should arrogate to himself the right to tell women what to wear. That you are a woman who happily submits herself to be dominated by insecure, male idiots doesn't mean other self-respecting women should concede to such.
Hi hon, is it ok for igbo men to wear shimi underneath their wrapper huh

Greetings,

The change of the African world will began in Africa and with traditional Africans not foreigners and Diaspora Africans. This notion that the branches will out match the roots is pure nonsense. Africa is the root of the African world and the power to change the world of the Africa race lies within Africa.

He is eligible to adjust status so far as he entered the US legally (i.e he has an I-94). The only people barred from ever adjusting status in the US are illegal immigrants that crossed the country's borders illegally - they do not have an I-94 because they were not inspected at the border/port of entry.
Hon, is it ok for Ibo men to wear the shimi slip under the wrapper huh
