My current state is Stock Windows 7 SP1 Home Premium & ACTIVATED!!!

Should i not find the W10 amazing like i expected, is there a way to downgrade back to 7 still keeping it STOCK!
?

Can i upgrade from Home Premium to Ultimate and still be activated. ?
