lets just say my flower growing season was a total failure. I mulched the dirt as Edwife suggested , yes they sprouted but then we had a sudden frost for a whole week and they all died

Harvested and shared my tomatoes , Radishes though , it's comforting to achieve something at least. Next year , I'm buying already grown flowers , no more Mrs. Perfect

They quit their current jobs so the garnishment order was a futile effort. They just disappeared it's amazing how inhumane human mind works.
We opted for property management agents now and stopped renting out directly. There's only much the court can do. Replaced all the carpet and repainted the walls. Me thinks damage deposits are just peanuts considering how much damage home owners get stuck with. It should be double the rent.

It's thanksgiving season, we'll always have the cause to thank God for his goodness. amen.
