Quaker Oats (oatmeal) is good for breastfeeding mums as it increases milk supply. Can also be used to make oatmeal cookies.

Forreals You'd love it.

Can be used for dry skin therapy : pour fair amount of oats in a tub, half filled with warm water and soak the child/adult in there for few minutes. Don't dry the skin completely. Try this for couple more days for effective results.

Can be eaten as swallow: Blend oatmeal to fine powder and prepare like Pondo yam, serve with soup of choice, preferably ogbono/okra. Yumm0!
