azeeza: @azeezanever mind, i now believe it's all depending on individuals. Ebira and Igala chicks rock. @pinky ina lafiya. Ki ci abinci yau ko? Ni, ina jin yunwa. Ki na da yahoo messenger? Ina ki ke yanzu? |
ina kwana? |
Ok. I was asking you what usually make you lose your calm. So where did you grow up? |
Hi, i'm here. |
Whao. What an unpredictable mixture of oil and water(ethnicity, religion, and politics). So much fear in the air! I hope no violent cases next elections, though. |
stranger:Sefago, Instead of you to bring forward strong arguments to back up your claims, you are beating around the bush posting irrelevant images. That's why it came as a surprise to you that such a people could out-class you academically. I understand your plight, but learn to live with it. |
Almajiri, shouldn't you be worried about Borno. ![]() |
Why all the mention of literacy in Yoruba? Lagos is also largely Igbo-speaking. And dont be surprised if the Igbo-speaking population make up this high literacy in Lagos with either literacy in English or Igbo. Igbos currently lead in education in Nigeria( source, JAMB stats), and a large bulk of them are based in Lagos. |
@Abiacc Haba, dont talk too harshly to her. She's not Nigerian, but married to one of us and visited the country lately. I've read some of her posts. @trinigal Well, you cant used Aba to judge the whole of Nigeria, though it's still a reflection of what Nigeria is. The country is actually in shambles due to corrupt leaders. I think that's how best i can explain. |
ilugunboy:Guy, why are you trying so hard to hang yourself over nothing? What's wrong with an Igbo man wanting to get into Aso rock in 2015, if he's qualified? Does the constitution restricts him based on his ethnicity? Quit crying over spilled milk, and be more worried about the happenings in the SW where Tinubu is about to be knocked out of the presidential race after all his labours, to be replaced by an Chris Ngige, an Igbo. |
I think this Buhari and ACN stuff still remains largely a rumour. The last time i checked, some top officials of the ACN said that their party had never discussed anything with Buhari's CPC. Hopefully, when AC holds it's convention in Benin, we'll get a clearer picture. But i feel that AC going with an igbo, preferably from SS, as running mate will get them some votes in the SE/SS(among the igbo groups, that is). The SW is anybody's game, especially with the governors there rooting for Jona. igbobuigbo: |
@ascony Does Tudor know him personally? That statement was almost prophetic. So sad. It seems he got entangled in bad company somehow. |
Pinky, where are you? Come, let's continue our discussion. |
You folks need to calm down your nerves. I'm quite sure an appeal court will over rule this judgment. This kinds of claims are selfish and ill-timed. They should take their case to courts after the elections and not disrupt INEC's job. |
1025:Dude, i'm absolutely disappointed in you that you could make this kind of suggestion? Dont you have standards? You should be looking for ways that would ensure that these men end up cooling their butts in jail. Please, there must be change, and it starts with getting rid of these shameless crackheads. |
Jonathan should avoid making the same mistakes of the OBJ administration. The revenue from these imports should be channelled to a special fund to revive the local industries. If the products from the local industries become more quality and cheaper, then people will automatically begin to resent the imported ones. |
