Yeah. its true. The vehicles chassis was neat and clean but it overheated every 30 minutes of use and gulping down fuel mercilessly. We spent N3500 on fuel to and fro from Ota to Abeokuta. It was crazy.

Government ain't charity or have unlimited resources. It's not government job to grant people alternative place of abode or to cushion the effect of a rental property of the owner. The owner is in the business of making money and like all business people, he/she should pay for the services like inspection, demotion of his business which happens to be the building. Average Nigerians want everything free from the government while paying little or no tax but quick to compare Nigeria with advance countries where you pay taxes on everything.

From inference, it is obvious that Khia is single and bored. She strikes me as a fat, dark skinned, sharp mouthed Akata female who has not had luck with Nigerian men. She may have dated a few but they played her as Nigerian men often do to foreign women

She loves and is intrigued by Nigerian men, women, food, and culture. But she hasn't had much luck with romance with my brothers. I can tell that she is quite skilled with certain Nigerian dishes and vocabulary. This could be partly due to the fact that she has prepared similar dishes for her past Nigerian lover(s).

She is likely in her 30s and hasn't given up on love yet. She likes her fellow Akata people but she definitely can't stand Akata men. She will love to settle down with a Nigerian man someday and join the Nigerian community.

Khia is a successful and independent Akata woman who isn't after any man's money. She has her own shit and won't settle for a lesser man (I admire this about her).

During our ND days at kwara poly, I have this friend who faith brought us together.

Him and ojo met someone who promised to take them to Italy by road,he asked them to arrange 200k each and they were able to raise that money. (this would have been my first disqualification cos I no get shishi then) then they moved..

Through deserts, sneaking around bushy road and he said a lot of people people died on the road, some where dropped in the desert, some were raped along the road both male and female alike as some couldn't even make it pass the bushy road and then they got to Libya.

He wasn't detailed enough in his story but he said their 200k only took them to Libya. Cos they feed on the road, paid for transport and other things. He said "wo my guy, it was a deadly journey going to Libya, I don't think the things I saw and witness will ever leave my memory till I die. He said on the sea, no one was being raped again and these devils became friendly again, but another set of people have joined them but they were armed with guns and there was social distancing incase anybody try to do anyhow among them.

He told me they starved for days and were only fed sometimes once a day to ration the food they have. He said he was a terrible journey he never wish for his enemies.

I once read ur story about a thing u were making lots of money. Didnt u invest into a landed property then? If you did, why not sell it to rise again.

My story is similar to urs cos there was a time I was making a lot of money in my life around 19 years going to 20, then my mid 20s everything just turned upside down in my later years. Thank God I built a house then. After 15 years sold it, bought another land in undeveloped site and built a small structure to live in, used to rest to rise again and I'm picking up gradually in my own business.

I almost went to jail twice when rolling with Akata. And both experiences happened within a 3 day period on a vacation trip to Las Vegas.

I went to Las Vegas with my Akata and her cousin. Unknown to me, that cousin had been previously busted and banned from all the casinos in Las Vegas for cheating and stealing. While we were playing the slot machines, about 5 hefty security guys with guns and handcuffs came and surrounded us and demanded for our ID cards. Me I didn't even know what was going on. If she was banned, why then did she return to gamble.

They had checked my name in their databases and didn't come up with anything so they let me go. They also let my akata go too. But the put her cousin in handcuffs and detained her till the police came and wrote her a citation with warning and a fine. And then they let us go.

You see, I'm not very active on Nairaland these days and prior to starting this thread, I didn't know anyone named Khia. I still don't know her right now. She could be a troll for all I know.

I was just writing to educate naija guys who AA women may want to enter relationship with and there came the character called Khia who started attacking me and calling me countless names.

I care less about Khia or her antics. She is just a fly buzzing in my ears, looking to be swatted. I'm not bothered with her. If she wants to take my thread personal, then that's on her.
