Please I need an advise from the experience ones, I have Ond and Bsc in Banking & finance but no Job for now...so am thinking of taking a 2nd degree, I don't knw which one to choose(MSC in Finance or MBA), Pls kindly advise me.

MSC if looking at possibly open career also in academics, MBA if more into corporate/business world. Both good though. Now check your career goal and see what fits in.

Do agriculture if you have the place & water for dry season farming. Invest 1/4 to 1/3 into vegetable farming, talking about you doing it yourself.

Alternatively, buy melange catfish of 250-400g size from fish farmers & smoke it yourself & package. No risk, but hardwork/marketing. Start by buying 100kg and if each pack is profit of 100 naira, that means you have to sale 40 daily. Can't spend 200k to work on & maybe keep the balance for a while. Manage yourself

Op, how much is the money in question? Do you have details of your transaction? Do you intend to continue or what is your intent in your business relationship with the person in question?

Can't judge, but I will encourage you work it out & in future, do your farm yourself close to your location.

Sentiment apart, the intent of immediate/speedy solution to a life long impact can be grave and costly.

The ssce certificate could be regularize before that time, but that is a possibility because many masters holders are recruit in uniform and might even retire in such state.

Ok, seems like you did very well in your PGDE... however, you did agronomy in your first degree and test measurement evaluation in your second degree... your should be able to get admission in your area of interest but it may be a little difficult to get funding as your first degree is a bit far off from your undergraduate (telling you the truth on everything is always better but Nigerians will not open everything to you because they want to steal from you!), can you send me your transcripts?...if yes, then send to odnateducational@gmail.com. Once I access your transcript, I can advise you a whole lot better

I replied, but unfortunately was maybe banned. Just replaster or the crack areas should be consolidated with small iron cuttings and replaster. You can just set in tarpaulin to avoid leakages. In some cases if Real concrete, it might not leak after doing screeding with pure cement.
