Yes, I really do expect them to spend the appropriate amount of time on the interviews even if its 15 minutes. They are providing a service for which Nigerians are paying for. I can guarantee you that this process will be deemed unacceptable in the U.S. .If an applicant has submitted documents and they have vetted and validated all the information and are satisfied, the interview should not take long. In my opinion, its merely a matter of validating identity. In addition if all does not line up a quick rejection after a couple questions is in order.
A quick 3 minute one size fits all interview fliws in the face of logic especially coming from a country that espouses very high values

Bros, don't waste your money. Unless you plan to use a different story, you got a straightforward denial. No two way about it. You are definitely going to waste your money. However, you can get a K1 visa. Your fiancée should know about that. However, if you want to use B1/B2 to visit a so called older fiancee from Nigeria, don't bother. They will deny you.
NB...Let us explain it to you. This visa is meant for visiting. If you call her your fiancee, then you intend to marry. If you are granted the visa, the chances are, once you get there, you can decide to go ahead and marry and not return. So no VO will take that chances with a Nigerian. However, K1 visa is a fiancee visa. Infact, the VO will ask you to apply for fiancee visa. But to be able to do that....1) she must be a citizen 2) must be free to marry 3) you must have met physically in the last two years 4) she must have good income above a specific threshold 5) you must be ready to marry within 90days of arrival.
So, if it is important that you see your fiancée, she will visit you first then file for K1 visa when you are ready to marry. You can however get b1/B2 by not mentioning your fiancée at the interview for a different purpose.
