It reduces the cost of transportation of goods and services, not everything is produced in factories.
Your food stuff are moved from farms to the cities, they have no business with electricity.
If a yam seller who was paying 200k to transport yams from Benue to Lagos now has to spend 100k and the seller retains the old price of them yam, then you cannot blame Dangote for that, he has done what he can to reduce the cost of food stuff, you cannot blame him for the wickedness and greed of an average Nigerian.

The governor holds the right to revoke the ownership of a land and a treasonable offence, and an attack on the government house which is tantamount to terrorism and automatically a threat to national security gives the governor a very good reason to do and undo.
