There is no way to park as such. But you can list your domains at many places as possible.
Parking is done by submitting your marketplace's NS1 and NS2 to your registrar; you know you can only have one registrar at a partiular time.

I checked. The names I paid for were no longer registered. It made me miss out on a sale some weeks ago. I reported here sometime ago that one of my handregs was showing 'pending sale' on afternic. Well, that sale never came through. The following morning, I got emails from NetSol saying they have rejected the names I registered because I used a card with a name different from mine. I was hurt. This shocker came 3 days after I had registered the names. They had even sent me Auth codes and I had already activated the names for fast transfer on afternic.

I contacted afternic to know what the situation was and that I had re registered the domain with the pending sale again using Namesilo. They responded promptly saying someone actually paid for the name but they would have to refund the buyer because of the fast transfer already activated with the one listed, they suggested that I put the new domain up for sale again with the same BIN price, hopefully the previous buyer will come for it again. I have done that now, no sales yet since then.

It was a very challenging experience for a first timer like me. But I learnt a lot from the experience. I wouldn't come near NetSol with a ten foot pole, lol. Very fraudulent people. Their customer support would neither solve nor provide convincing explanations as to what went wrong with those names and why. They are yet to refund my money though but I have left it for them.

This is very unfortunate and a very typical bad story! Sorry just believe that your best is on the way soon. Just cheer up and keep it up.
Netsol had series of bad records. Imagine I also have account and plenty of domains with them due to their iresistible promo but I never have any problem with them. Moreso I 'm still willing to get more domains from the.on going promo.
To use netsol you need a lion heart to face whatever that happens.

You have to use a dom account only because you will be paid in foreign currency.

I just sold a domain name after a very long time and special thanks to the masters in the house and my mentors Iykepromotions and Haykay for guiding me through the process. The domain name is Pango.io, I got the domain November 2017 at $32 and had it listed on both SEDO and Afternic. I put the price at SEDO for $1599 with make offer. I got a mail last week from Afternic that someone inquired about the domain and that I should include a Buy Now Price and a Floor Price. I quickly made the buy now price $1599, same amount on SEDO and made the Floor Price $1299.

The very next day, I got a mail from SEDO that a buyer offered $800 for the domain and with the comment that it is the last and best price he can offer. I immediately contacted my mentors and they say I can accept the offer and delete the listing on Afternic. Six days after accepting the offer, the buyer has not made payment and SEDO was still sending reminder for him to make payment. That was when Afternic sent a mail that a buyer has offered to buy the domain at $1295 and they have the money already but they noticed that I deleted my listing with them.

I spoke to my mentors and immediately followed their advice and re-listed it with Afternic, sent the Authorization code and sent a mail to SEDO explaining situation that I am no longer willing to sale since the buyer had refused to make payment after 6 days. Fortunately for me, SEDO on their own today decided to cancel the transaction as the buyer has failed to make payment asking me to sue the buyer for breach of contract. Meanwhile, domain is already with the Afternic buyer. Na Baba God do am oooo

Does Zoho have anything to do with network? I don't think so. All you needed to do is open zoho and submit your domain name and get their setup and submit it in your account where you registered the domain and follow the instructions as given to you.

I just opened mine 3 weeks ago.

Need someone to explain the process of transfer(not more than 60days)n payment . Domain registered in Godaddy and using undeveloped for transaction.

If your domain is not more than 60 days i.e day 1 - day 59th;and you want to send it to another owner, it is called PUSHING and that is; you can push it to another person's account within same Registrar and you can only transfer when it is 60days and more; that is; you can send the name to another person or to your own account at another registrar.

Like the pic below.. Once I set the DNS to undeveloped the records tab stops displaying. now once activated to undeveloped landing page I stop receiving emails on my zoho mailbox.. If I go back to reset DNS, once activated undeveloped landing page not showing.. So my question was how can I activate both together, using zoho domain email for outbounding and also letting end-users to the landing page?

Your MX and Cname records will work for email and DNS will work for your page i.e NS1 undeveloped.com NS2 undeveloped.com will make the page show; they will all work together your page will show and you will receive mails.

It seems your settings are not done aright.

Go to your registrar where you registered the domain and do all of the work and things will be ok. You will get the MX and Cnames from zoho

Please need help from the house, bought a domain from godaddy, I decided to use zoho mail to connect the domain to it, it's working but the problem now is how to set a undeveloped landing page without affecting the zoho domain mail? Once I change server to undeveloped I stop receiving mail... Help n suggest better option please

It does not affect each other I mean It does not affect emails. Open your account and reset your DNS
Dncombo.com is working fine while I also have zoho mail working fine

Visit any GTBank branch and complain; it will be resolved. Your card might wrongly be denominated.

How do you handle transfer when you sell the name, say on Undeveloped? Do you wait till three months before transferring out, our push the name to a fellow netsol account?

The procedure for you to transfer your domain are as follows:

1. Get your authorization code (Auth code) from the old registrar; where your domain is presently, In case of Godaddy and several registrars they will send the aucthcode to your email but in others you pick it yourself, by clicking on the domain and find the authcode
2. Login to your account at new Registrar where you want the name to go,
3. Find the transfer interface at new registrar,
4. Enter the domain in the interface box,
5. Enter the domain's Authcode in the second box
6. Click on the button for transfer the domain
8. You will be lead to payment interface,
9. Make the payment
and you are good to go

Then you wait for email for authorization of the transfer, however, this varies from registrar to registrar
Followup with the transfer/ monitor it and to see the end .

Outbounding is pretty simple once you have names needed by endusers.

If you have names that needed, out bounding is not even needed at all. They will look for you.

You have to print it out and do everything correctly or else you will be shut down.

I registered my domain on namecheap and listed it on afternic for sale, also I changed the DNS to that of afternic. later I changed the DNS to that of BODIS, how long will it take for that domain to be parked? and will the parking at afternic be disabled?

The moment you changed the DNS It meant you have changed the parking place yourself. But your domains can be listed on many marketplaces without parking it with them.

Invariable to say; where you have your DNS is the place you parked your domains and remain listed on other marketplaces.

Not that I don't receive from individuals. It is like this; if it is an individual that is paying you, then you need tp receive it with your PayPal account that is registered in your real names and from there sell to me.

If it is a recognized company like godaddy, afternic etc that want to pay you, then I can give you the details of my PERSONAL or COMPANY PayPal account to use depending on the amount and some other factors considered.

But if I have a paypal account that can receive payments I wouldn't need to worry myself again looking for you. All I have is the Nigeria paypal; and you know that Nigeria Paypal does not collect payment now. Or do you mean I can use my email address that is opened with my name to collect the payment?
